Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chino

My receipt time says 5:10AM. I acknowledge that to say how do you mess up an 8pc nugget and Jr Jumbo Jack order when literally no one else was in the drive thru? It has been 3 different visits of mess ups with whomever makes the food early AM. This time they left the lettuce off of my burger. 2nd time they gave me 7 nuggets instead of 8. The first time no grilled onions on my chicken pita. Of the 2x I ordered that, 1 was told they had no grilled onions. That’s cool. But every time a customer should be made aware if a particular ingredient is not available. I imagine it being some young person not long out of high school that just likes to mess with peoples food. Perhaps it’s pay back for me complaining about my missing nugget. Or just plain old incompetence. Either way, the owner of the location needs to re train that person, write them up or terminate. People want what they pay for in its entirety. I call to complain and I assume they know it’s me and they refuse to pick up. Again, wasn’t busy. I called another time, it was suddenly busy. The employees there are a joke and I will no longer eat at that location. We will all be happier...

I went to this jack in box at 2am for a quick grab. As I pulled up in the drive through, I called for an employee 3 times, approximately sitting there for two minutes total. It was complete silence. I pulled up to the window, no one was there. Keep in mind all the lights are on and it’s open 24 hours. As I was driving off exiting the drive thru, I was looking in through the windows, looking at the front desk. I’ve noticed some movement behind the counter. So I decided to drive off, exiting the parking lot disappointed. As I left the premises. I went about two neighborhoods down the street, then decided to return back to jack in a box out of curiosity to see if it was my imagination, or there were actually employees there. I drive back to jack in a box, only to see two women exiting the building entering there white car....

It was a normal place to eat but wasn't as clean so I guess it was an acceptable place for the workers. The workers were disrespectful to me and my family. The Manager even raised her voice at my family member to get our order from a different place in the restaurant. The man taking our order was disrespectful to me and my family. He was yawning right in front of us with his mouth wide open and didn't care to apologize. He didn't only do it to us but also did it to other customers. A while later I went for teriyaki sauce and at the same time another man went for a fork. The same man who took my order came and asked what we wanted and both of us told him. He handed the man next to me a fork in his hand and to me he tossed the sauce package across the counter. None of the customers did anything to be treated so...
