I go in there to try to trade my controllers but their usb cable don’t work and they claim that they don’t work even tho they work flawlessly and barely used too in a good condition and charge you a fee for just working controllers don’t go here go to the shop one in Berwyn or in Chicago because they usbs for the controllers trade work fine and the manager Agustin is way nicer and friendly and he has a great customer service he’s in the mall or the one in Roosevelt I lost all my respect for this location go to back in the game they are way better and one time when I tried to trade in left 4 dead 2 or other games that are in the system the guy with the long hair and glasses claimed they he can’t take even tho it’s on the website what is wrong with this location he’s lazy to look up the game title his name is Alfredo and avoid the manager too her name is mirella she’s a joke and rude to customer I hope she gets fired I only give her credit for game trades because when she scan the trade don’t pop up on screen she looks it up and gives me the full value for that game I never been this pissed off like this before and at other stores I trade in my stuff...

Any time I’ve walked in, she just says “Welcome To GameStop” in the most flattest tone as if it’s an annoyance that a customer walked in. Any time I see that she’s working I get irritated but this is the closest to my job being that I come in on my lunch breaks. Yesterday 06-24-2025 as I’m attempting to buy a Funko Pop as she’s helping another customer. I have no issue waiting but my issue is how she’s inattentive to her customers. Not once did she look my way, or even attempt to apologize or to consider ringing me up on another register.
