I frequently go this location because it’s near my home and typically never have an issue. Saturday evening I went in and ordered 2 plates and a medium side. I placed my order, paid and then waited for a fresh order of honey walnut shrimp and cho mein. The wait was about 10 minutes due to them being a bit busy. After making it home I noticed I was given the wrong food. My fiancé has a seafood allergy so I order him chicken teriyaki and orange chicken but was given a double order of honey walnut shrimp. The cashier told me she could give me a side of the teriyaki chicken which I explained she would have to replace the dish due to his allergies, which she gave me attitude about. After going back and fourth for a few mins I asked for a refund. She told me they don’t give refunds, passed me back the food and walked away. I asked for the manager who insisted on giving me a free plate instead of just refunding me. The manager and cashier then proceeded to speak in Spanish before finally giving me a refund. Had attitude for no reason she got my order wrong after having to wait 5min for some fresh food they got all our order mixed up!
