I had ordered food through Grubhub from this restaurant and I though the food was great. I decide to go eat at the restaurant since I really enjoyed the food in the past. We got seated and it took the waitress a long time to come up to the table even though the restaurant was almost empty. Once the waitress came over to ask for our order my daughter was deciding on what to drink and the waitress decided to leave instead of taking everyone else drink order. She later came back 20 mins later. To make our order (restaurant still empty) We got our food pretty quickly the food was good and also have big servings but I noticed that the plate my meal was on was chipped. I would never serve my family or anyone else food on a plate like that, yet again even keep a plate that might cause someone to get hurt. Not only was it chipped it also looked like it had previously been used I couldn’t tell for sure But I didn’t want to make any assumptions so I didn’t say anything but I didn’t eat comfortably I was kinda grossed out. I couldn’t finish eating my meal. The waitress never came back to check on us at all during our meal and waited for me to go to the bathroom and left the check with the kids and didn’t even say anything. I’m not sure if they had her doing something in the back or something but If I had customers in my restaurant they would be my top Priority. The restaurant has a lot of young people working there for some employees that might be their first job. I don’t blame the waitress for her lack of attention because she didn’t seem like a bad person she was most likely not trained properly and that’s the responsibility of management. FYI I was not the only table with issues. If they don’t change their management. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ends closing in a year or two. I will definitely will not...
Read moreFirst of all let me start by saying I'm very big on breakfast so I was definitely excited to try a new place. My wife ordered the Cafe mocha hot coffee which she absolutely loved. I just went with water. I seen a chicken dumpling soup, I couldn't resist so added that as my pre-game to the main event. I'd have to say it was one of the best soups I've had in awhile. My wife ordered a skillet (which name escapes me at the moment) with scrambled eggs, ham, bacon' potatoes and a hollandaise sauce ( that they forgot to add the dish) but our server was more than happy to bring a cup to the table after we mentioned its absence. Besides the slight hiccup with the order she was very satisfied with her breakfast. My plate was a whole other situation entirely. I asked for the corned beef hash and scrambled eggs with the eggs scrambled medium and no Brown ,what I got was the total opposite. The eggs were dry and noticeably brown all around and i couldn't help but notice the hash was definitely canned, they were not cooked properly either . I told them about the issue with the eggs and decided to just stick with the soup, they were totally cool about it and after apologizing took the meal off the bill seeing I hadn't eaten it, I said I would like to pay for a large soup to go but they comped that as well. Overall good atmosphere great energy, definitely a vibe. The food's not bad, not saying that at all, just a bad first experience I guess. Will definitely be coming back to the restaurant. It was our first time and im curious to try the various other menu items. Hoping for a better experience...
Read moreI am writing this review because I ordered a scrambler with onions, Pepper Jack cheese, red peppers and Jalepeno peppers. This review is to express my displeasure with service I received. First, the gentleman that works the register can't count. My big was $17.79, I paid with a $20. He proceeded to give me $17.21 back in change. I asked he wanted to give me my money back and returned the $15. Next, I get back to work start eating my food and notice their is NO peppers Jack cheese and literally 4 Jalepeno Peppers. I paid an extra $1 for peppers? Lastly, I contacted the restaurant, spoke with the same gentleman working the register. Ask him about the lack of peppers and he goes to apologize. I explained to him that the apology was not necessary, but I needed clarity on how many peppers you get for an additional $1. He places me on hold, comes back to the phone and say they give a handful. When I expressed my concern and requested a supervisor he told me there was no one available. After repeatedly asking for a supervisor, he placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. This was my first and last experience with this establishment. It is MY pet peeve to patronize an establishment and receive unacceptable service! It a shame because the food was acceptable but the service is non-negotiable. PLEASE DO BETTER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
