Subway — Restaurant in Cicero

This is a bad review because I had ordered a Reuben corned beef foot long sub for two people which was cut in half to dress each half differently for me and my companion, but stiffed out of more money. I was charged for two 6" subs instead of the one foot long.

The woman even refused to acknowledge that it was the same sandwich just because she cut it in half and that only one half was the Italian herbs I told her I wanted from the beginning. I clearly saw that she used both halves of the same loaf for each half. I never told her I wanted any other type of bread - so she lied and...

Walked in no one there. No one eating at the tables and no one behind the counter. Few minutes young girl and an older fellow walked out. No eye contact from either of them. We placed our order went to sit down. Looking where to sit we noticed all tables needed to be cleaned. Some tables had food crumbs on it. This subway has horrible customer service did a order online went to pick it up they said they couldn’t find it cancel it or I couldn’t get my order. Was given attitude from both the staff and manager when I asked for help they weren’t willing to help me kept giving me the run around with numbers to call. No one was willing to try and help me.
