I will give the salon itself 3 stars because the owner Iesha is very nice and accommodating. The stylist were nice as well. I had a minor falling out with the stylist on my head due to her not giving me the style I showed her and was requesting. My experience was average. I loved the shampooing before touching the head, it really took me a while to find a stylist that washed my hair. What I did not like was when I got home I noticed my nails were a little lumpy and uneven but they still turned out nice. Iesha was very understanding and accommodating, she even offered me to come back if I needed anything fixed free of charge. The nails lasted a long time :-) I did not like when I told my stylist to make my braids all one size and not all different sizes she kind of got offended. She kept going back and fourth with me saying she is a different stylist and was doing everything that was in the picture. Which she wasn’t. I specifically told her about 7 braids on each side and 2-3 in the middle to bring my style together, but she made the braids super small and it took 12 hours. She stopped my hair half way and did another girl hair which was a wash, and dry and braids to install a lace front, and actually installing the lace front wig. That took 2 hours to do (she only told me 45 minutes at the MAX). So I came in and waited patiently sipping on my lil Jamaican me happy cooler. She braids super duper tight, nails pressing into my scalp and she pulled my edges to the point where hair is missing from the beginning of the braid. Some of my hair was braided into another braid, it was sloppy. This was my 2nd time coming and was really looking for 1 stylist to keep going back to eagerly 2-3 weeks. Now I have to find a new Braider for my hair. She tried to charge me $145 for the style which I agreed to, but the style did not turn out how I wanted it. I did not ask for tiny braids, but she did them. The braids were all different sizes. Her colleagues and the owner tried to explain to her (as well as myself) that she needed to keep feeding the braid to make them even and thick how I wanted them, but she just kept going back and fourth saying that’s what she was doing. Anyhow, I ended up paying her $120. The style seat site also took $90 off my card ( which I later got my back to reimburse me for the unauthorized transaction). We both were super sleepy while she was braiding my hair ; it got to the point where I stopped telling her about my concerns because I was already over it. I knew in my mind I would not return simply from that experience. I asked her to put regular individuals in my hair and not invisible part. My hair is too short and braids actually came out because she did not do regular individuals. All in all, my stylist was nice, just not a professional when it came to styling. I have attached pics of the style I asked for verses the style she gave me. As you can see, on the original pic of the style the 3rd braid starts from the middle part (which I KEPT pointing out to her) she kept giving me push back saying it’s exactly how the pic is …hmmm ok. Which was the main reason I wanted that style. As you could see the braids are sloppy and hair from other braids are overlapping other braids and inside the other braids. I couldn’t believe she asked me at the end of the “now can’t you that it turned out nice despite it wasn’t the exact style you wanted?” WHAT!? That did it for me. My phone died and I pay with Apple Pay, so I had to find my way home without gps lol I didn’t have a charger with. I did pay her the next morning since it was super late by the time I got home. I went to sleep woke up and sent her money immediately. And explained why I sent $120...

This Salon is everything! It’s an amazing atmosphere and the stylist is absolutely amazing 💞 Everyone is professional and extremely talented and friendly! Aisha is the only person that can touch my nails! Classy Punky is the only stylist that I let do my hair! They are great at what they do and they are very punctual you will be in and out! I’ve been a customer since they open the doors and I haven’t been anywhere else and don’t plan on going anywhere else!
