We could have gotten on the first ride, but they overlooked the empty seats. Anyway, after a five minute wait for the train to return (seems like 15 with a 2yr old) we got to be in the front seat right behind the engine. Talk about a happy 2yr old! The wait was well worth it. The engineer and other train personnel are very upbeat and fun. People wave at you as you go by, and you get to see the flamingos and a few other animals, including the duck pond, complete with a giant fountain. Fun for kids of all ages, and a nice little rest for us old folks.
