Queen City Jewelry & Pawn — Attraction in Cincinnati

Bought a chain from here almost 5 years ago. The sticker price was ungodly, however the "discount" they give you to make it sound reasonable only brings it down to retail price (or still even higher if you arent careful). Since purchase of my 14k white gold rope chain it has broken 30+ times. Originally I would only take it back to queen city to have it fixed but over the years the price for repair each time has more than tripled. The quality of repair however has remained horrendous. The chain i purchased from here is beyond fragile. Look was nice but overall quality was very poor. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here. There are much better places you can purchase jewlery at more affordable prices. The thing that makes me the maddest is the cost of repair more than tripling, while I continue to have the same issues over and over. Please hear my warning and go...

Looks all kinds of fancy inside, too bad the employees are trash. Purposefully posted misleading photos of a tv on fb, didn’t allow me to look at it before asking me to pay for it. Got upset because I’m handicap and asked if they could take it to my car so I wouldn’t drop it. Mines is white gold with a print I picked from their book it was 215 total that was paid for four bottoms good Quality so far and I brought a friend with me and they also got four they got yellow gold tho fit good out of about 13th pair I’ve had from teeth issues and they take about 6/7 days to come in so wasn’t to long of a wait and they called in enough time for them to be picked up same day they come in if their delivered at good time
