Original Post/Review: In regards to the Poker Room,5 Stars when it comes to Semi-Action (there is FAR BETTER ACTION at other venues in my humble opinion), Player Pool, Location, Certain Dealers and Staff are A+ they are the best anyone could ask for, they know who they are, and those that matter know who they are. In regards to Management and Ownership they certainly know how to be profitable, however they lack the World Class exemplary customer service of Card Rooms nationwide and globally. I would name names and put those who ought to be put on blast on FULL BLAST however as management stated in their recent reinstatement letter addressed to me after being banned for 90-days and having a colleague of mine receive a LIFETIME BAN for a simple misunderstanding, it's bad for business. It was also bad for my business during the period of time I was waiting to be reinstated however they could careless about any of that. They could careless that I began playing there in 2018, played many hours and have never had an issue with anyone or any other players or staff. They could careless about how it could affect my colleague's future as a professional in this industry. What is done in the dark will eventually be brought to the light... Trust me if we were in the Pits dusting off thousands playing Baccarat or Blackjack there would never have been an issue for either of us. Is what it is. Players be aware of how management's actions could be affecting your bottom line but also how their negligence in dealing with nuanced situations that arise could be destroying any possibility of potential legendary games that could take place in the future. How so? The REAL ACTION PLAYERS, not the "FAKE ACTION PLAYERS" I'm talking about the REAL ONES, go to Stones infrequently if at all, they usually complain about many aspects of the operations. This game is DRIVEN by and THRIVES off of THE REAL ACTION PLAYERS, they are it's life's blood, they make the game interesting, enjoyable, and ultimately entertaining for EVERYONE. Everybody wants to show up run pure and win but in the meantime NO ONE wants to sit in a game for hours when there is NO "REAL" ACTION, even a win is a loss and the experience is boring, fatiguing, (sometimes even nauseating to the point of vomit inducing), and ultimately uninteresting. Ok I have the solution I QUIT poker I am now a Professional Baccarat player and look forward to coming back to Stones and playing in that capacity. I'm sure I could then show up, say and act in any callous, disrespectful, belligerent way possible and I'd be welcomed 24/7 - 365 with open arms. Right? In the meantime I've chosen to play primarily at other venues and slide thru Stones to have a meal at Sammy's and say hello to old acquaintances for the sake of nostalgia. I'll perhaps consider playing the 25/50 there someday. Stone 1/3 Match the Stack, mostly equals "FAKE ACTION". MOSTLY... Addendum: The date of my initial 90 Days ban at Stones Gambling Hall started effective 4-6-2025 and as you can see in the letter ended 6-5-2025 after I put in a request as per their policy to have the ban lifted. In that request I used very strong language regarding the impact this could have on their business if they chose to "rattle the cage". At the time I felt like my civil rights were being violated and that the decisions that were being made by management and certain staff were obviously racially motivated. As you can see the response letter which took a month longer that it should have is worded in such a way as to support my claim in my humble opinion. However opinion isn't law and an establishment and the negligent actions of it's staff and management aren't necessarily grounds for legal action. However in the court of public opinion if things were presented and exposed in a clear and concise manner about Stones Gambling Hall the obvious facts could have a drastic and devastating effect on their annual revenue. If you choose to read the letter, just apply your critical thinking to it, read it carefully and read BETWEEN the lines. To Be Continued...

I recently visited Stones and had a rather disappointing experience at the bar. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a completely dirty bar area, which set a negative tone for my visit. It was happy hour, but unfortunately, I was not offered a happy hour menu. In fact, I felt completely overlooked, as I waited for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the bartender. My bartenders name is Kee. But he wears a different name tag. When I finally got the chance to speak with him after happy hour ended, I kindly asked him to clean our area. To my dismay, his response was lackluster. He merely gave the bar a light dusting with a napkin, which barely addressed the mess. I expected much better service and cleanliness, especially during a busy time like happy hour. Overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed with the service I received. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

I absolutely adore this spot! The ambiance is on point with low light and a warm color scheme for the interior decor. The staff are bot only friendly but they are also competent and entertaining, real people really enjoying their work and it shows. The modern layout and top of the line appliances and furnishings really add that extra touch of class to an already very classy atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic date night in the restaurant/ live music area or hitting the tables with your besties. To top it off if it is your first time dining here, desert is on the house! And it is to die for! Always a pleasure ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the excellent work :D. Ps apologies for the food photos being decimated, it was so good I forgot to snap a few photos until after I had eaten almost everything 😆

I had lunch here last week. The restaurant portion of the facility is subleased to Sammy's. Pretty good food. It's sad that they don't get a lot of people to eat here as the bartender comes over to the tables to wait on them. Soo the Democrats did a good job of ruining America the last 4 years. It used to be a busy restaurant at lunch and dinner but now when you're paying people $20 an hour to bus a table. They can't run a business this way in California. 4 years ago they had several bartenders at the lunch hour and waitresses busing the tables. Not any longer. People in California just don't go out. Gavin Newsom is a complete nutcase in all of his backers and administration and stupid rules and regulations have destroyed small businesses backfired on California and I hate to see nice businesses with good food fail but they did a job on this joint. It's not like it used to be in the portion sizes had to go down so they could stay profitable. However common sense in reality is coming back in with Trump next week. I sure wish these guys...

Disappointing Service at the Casino

I recently visited Stones card room and had high hopes for an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by the attitude of some dealers. While the atmosphere was lively and the games were entertaining, the rudeness of a few dealers really stood out and affected my overall enjoyment.

From the moment I sat down at the table, I encountered a dealer who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Their curt responses and lack of enthusiasm made it difficult to engage in the game or enjoy the experience. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in a place where hospitality should be a priority.

While I understand that the casino can be a high-pressure environment, professionalism is crucial. I hope that management addresses this issue, as it detracts from what could be a fantastic experience. I would still recommend the casino for its games and overall ambiance, but I urge them to focus on improving customer service to create a more enjoyable atmosphere...
