Lamberts Design Jewelers — Attraction in City of Batavia

DONT GO HERE. Okay so I purchased an engagement ring through here about a month ago. The experience was relatively pleasant, kind courteous.

Now here's the problem I brought the ring back 3 business days late from the return date. The workers were very unpleasant and downright disrespectful. They knocked a large portion of money off the money I paid for the ring. I feel I was robbed. The rings have a warranty that if you bring it to the store for repairs .. for life. Except when you return it?

So the ring loses value?... ???

Very disrespectful. Extremely condescending. I am appalled by my treatment. I can not believe I purchased something there.

Go literally anywhere else you will be treated better. I promise.

I just LOVE lamberts. I bring all of my jewelry there for servcing. I have very small fingers so getting rings sized down is a way of life for me. Nobody has ever sized down my rings so flawlessly!!! You cant even tell they was sized, theres never a seam or even a hint that its been sized.I've had 3 or 4 rings sized down by them. Every time, consistently flawless work! I recently had them replace the mounting for the center stone of my engagement ring (my original one broke) and I love the new one better than the original!! Amazing prices. Friendly staff! For advertising themselves as the #1 choice for jewelry service in all of Genesee County with over 30 years experience, I am very disappointed with the horrible workmanship I received. Pass the buck, no attention to detail or carefulness and not standing behind their work.
