I made sure to acknowledge each of them at the time but there is no greater reward than to be acknowledged by their bosses. It would certainly encourage them not to burn out. -- We had the pleasure of dealing with Tyra upon check in. She did it with ease. She was courteous & very friendly. A beautiful smile to greet your visitors. Upon check out, we had Tammy who was most accommodating in booking me the room I wanted for next month. Tammy also had us laughing as she handled my request promptly. You are quite fortunate to have such wonderful ladies in the same building as Fortunes Steakhouse! -- No complaints here! -- Please see above comment on Kathy! -- Please see above above about our wonderful gentleman greeter, order taker & food delivery man. He did it all! -- Our room was clean to perfection! We even had a handwritten note on the nightstand welcoming us! Nice touch! All of the housekeepers we encountered in the hallways greeted us with a smile & a “Good Morning!”. I haven’t had that in many 5 star hotels! You must be doing something right! We were in Room 322. -- Every staff person we encountered was smiling, professional & most of all welcoming! I don’t know how you manage that! There were 3 of us & we all thought the same. Special kudos to Kathy in the breakfast buffet who couldn’t do enough for us; also to our waitress, Dakota, in the Blue Zone who was prompt & attentive; and shame on me for not getting the nice gentleman’s name in the Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant at 12:30pm on 6/22. He took our order, was helpful when deciding, and then delivered it to our table. Such service! We had a nice chat on my way out. He really was such a sweetheart! I hope you can track him down by my description of the time to acknowledge him. Again….top notch staff to make our stay pleasurable & make me rebook on the spot. Read moreI have and will continue to recommend Your Place. We have stayed many times at your Hotel and have visited your Casino more times than I can count. I truthfully can't find anything wrong, but comparing your Place to Saratoga the only thing that they have that you don't is a pool and hot tub. I don't swim myself, but the Couple we usually stay with ,they use the pool facilitys. -- I enjoyed the Hotel/Casino Deal that included and nice dinner at Fortunes. Or offer a deal that includes a nice Buffet in the middle of the week ( I love Buffets) I can live without the Gas card, and those premade drinks thats part of the currant deal. -- The Ladys at the front desk when we checked in at 3:15 on sunday August 6th were wonderful -- everything went smooth, the desk clerks were very helpful. The only thing that was wrong is they thought I'd prefer the 4th floor and I prefer the 2nd floor, but they were happy to fix it for me. -- none -- Your Breakfast and Staff is Top Notch, Please dont change it. During the 4th of July we went out to Saratoga NY and stayed at that Casino/ Hotel. Beautiful Place, However I'll never go back and stay there. When we arrived they only had 1 place to eat there and it was basically thier sandwich shop, I wanted a steak and thier best resturant was closed. The next morning out of all thier resturants in the place , NONE WERE OPEN. We had to go into town for Breakfast. When you take a trip and see how the other half lives, makes me very happy to see how our half lives. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FREE AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST -- As always your Staff is top notch, Tracy ( I Believe her name was) was very helpful and friendly. Read moreI already have told a bunch of people how nice this place is and what a great value our deal was. A couple mentioned they saw the deal advertised. I told them it was totally worth it and can't wait to book it again. I was on vacation this week so usually do an overnight on a Friday or Saturday so hoping they will have decent deals during the weekends during the winter. -- no -- Stacey, Abby, and the gentleman who helped when Mike fell. I didn't get his name. Also the security lady who was downstairs and noticed Mike fell and came up the escalator to ask if he was ok. -- Stacey is wonderful ! We were getting ready to check in and my husband fell on the escalator . He hurt his knee and it was bleeding. Stacey and a security guard took care of the situation . Bandaged my husband up really good and she told me she was there until 11 and to let them know if we needed anything. I believe her name is Abby was wonderful also. So kind and caring. We stopped by before 11 pm just to thank them again. Wonderful, caring employees. If only all places had kind, caring employees like them. They sure made our overnight stay wonderful ! -- Nice and clean. -- Nice hot breakfast. Good variety of food . -- See above comments on the bartenders. Very nice. -- Very clean room. The night before we stayed at Russells. Batavia Downs was much better than Russells !! -- We ate and drank at 34 Rush and both the bartenders were very friendly and remembered what we were drinking.
