FUSE Permanent Jewelry — Attraction in City of Glen Cove

Had issues with the quality of the bracelet as they advertised real Gold yet my cross is changing colors. I tried to address it I was ignored and therefore wrote a review. They reached out and explained and I changed my review deleting my thoughts and I reached back out to make an appointment and this was the response:

I’m Hi Shirley, I wanted to follow up regarding your recent appointment request. After giving it some thought, we’ve decided not to move forward with booking.

We truly care about every client’s experience and always do our best to address any concerns directly and fairly. We had open communication throughout your visits, and if there had been any issue with your jewelry, we would have gladly resolved it.

That’s why it was disappointing to see a negative and untrue review posted without giving us the opportunity to help. If your experience truly warranted a negative review, we’re unsure why you’d want to return.

We value trust and mutual respect in every client relationship, and unfortunately, that trust was affected by how the situation was handled.

I took Fuse's training program this past Sunday. Imani and Chris were amazing! Not only were they professional and super knowledgable, they mede me feel very comfortable and were extremely patient. They provided me the proper learning tools, not only with the ability to make permanent jewelry but also with the business aspects behind it. Having two Master Welders showing you and guiding you in person is the best way to learning for me rather than on line. I left there feeling so exited for what is to come.
