Ithaca Shopping Plaza — Attraction in City of Ithaca

I seriously doubt I'll ever be up in this area that's a few hundred miles away from my neighborhood again. It was a short stay while I had class, l but I did like this shopping plaza though. This one is always a puzzle to me. What criteria does one use to rate a shopping plaza? Tidy? Aesthetically pleasing color scheme on the building facades? Well laid out driving lanes? Slight variances in national chain store selection? A puzzle to me. That being said, there nothing unpleasant of note here.

This Plaza has a great selection of shops, services, and casual eateries. It has a chain sub shop as well as a very highly rated chain Burger Shop in addition to a local chain Pizzeria and a Chinese restaurant. It also has what I believe to be the best wine and spirits store in the area as well as a very iconic and unique men's barber shop.
