There is a small, free, parking area off of Falls Drive. Easy walk to the suspension bridge. If you are on the other side, stairs down to the suspension bridge. Parking is nonexistent. College area permitted parking only. I was unable to find a way down to the falls. Other reviews say there is a way? The suspension bridge is covered with netting. I suppose for safety purposes. Hard to get good photos with it in place.

Very wide open space when you view these falls on the suspension bridge. Anywhere else the view is blocked and the falls are not in direct line of sight. Also very difficult to find parking and the only "legal" parking is on the north side next the to bridge entrance. There needs to be a closer view available.

Rocky Falls is located near Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. It has a suspension bridge that allows better views of the fall while crossing. There is a hydroelectric powerhouse operated by Cornell University close by to the falls.
