Went in earlier today with my kids and husband. We are always looking for game shops that sell PokĂ©mon cards and have board games. We were looking around and the kids found a huge tote of dice and got excited looking, when it was time for us to move on and look at other items in the shop the guy behind the counter had the nerve to ask me if my daughter had any dice in her pockets because she was digging in the tote. She did not and I even patted her down in front of him just to put his mind at ease. He continued to bring up how she was in the tote and had to have something. We promptly left the store and will not return. We took our business elsewhere. If youâre a parent with kids I wouldnât recommend coming here find somewhere else because they 100% made this interaction so uncomfortable.
Update: tried calling the shop ended up having to leave a message asking for a call back. After continued allegations of my daughter stealing after a pat down in front of employees I hope to get the chance to see the camera footage mentioned and rectify the situation. Called around noon and no call back at this time. Will provide another update.
Update 2: I did receive a phone call the night I called and returned the call to the manager the next day. I spoke with both the manager and owner who unfortunately was unable to get me the footage in the original claim that apparently shows the alleged theft. We agreed to let bygones be bygones. Hope this will be something they consider in case this happens...

The owner is very knowledgeable about what he does as well as both workers and other customers are friendly! I would come here after school/work to hang out with friends or family or just for alone time. It also introduced me to some friends that I enjoy the company of as well as new hobbies such as magic the gathering, mahjong and various board games otherwise I would not have not known about. Most businesses are "an in and out" business or a business that everything you do cost money. Here it isn't just about the money. You can come here, borrow a board game off of the demo shelf, play it with your friends in one of the various rooms with tables and leave. No money needed. There is even events where money is not necessary such as mtg commander on Sundays or Warhammer on Thursday or the various DND campaigns that run multiple times a week!
There is so many events that happen each day for various kinds of people! Such as Magic The Gathering, Pokemon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Mahjong, wide selection of Board Games, Wargames, Warhammer, Pathfinder, DND. They even have their own...
Read moreThis place is hands down one of the best places to go as far as LGS in the area. I've been coming here for a little bit now and I have got to say I am taken back by the prompt communication and 5 star customer service. They honor MSRP on even high demand items which tells me they have integrity in their business. More shops can learn from casual dragons business because this place is A1. Great place and better people. I loved the enthusiasm from the girl that called me about my pre-orders. I could tell that she was genuinely happy because i was happy with my order and that meant something, thank you so much for everything! I appreciate you guys alot. Safe to say casual dragon has earned my business for all of my gaming needs!...
