TWG Fabrics & Home Decorating Center — Attraction in City of Middletown

This was my first experience with TWG Fabrics, I ordered a custom window treatment for my master bedroom, and before I share my comments lemme make a disclaimer that I rarely write reviews, but this is an exception!!!! I was impressed on the overall service but specifically on the extremely professional and clear communication on the time my order will arrive, the precise details on when it will be installed and which agent will show up at my door step and when, I have never had such experience with any of my previous window treatment orders with any other company, if anything is was more the opposite........

Norman was in touch with my by email or phone, and when I informed him of a slight problem It was resolved in less then 24 hours.

Originally when we went to TWG Fabrics showroom we were very confused on how we wanted to decorate the windows. In the showroom we realized we could not make any decisions so David suggested an in-home appointment where we could really get a better sense of what things would look like in our home. That made all the difference. He asked what was our budget and they only recommended treatments that would fit within that price point. We placed our order and waited 6 to 7 weeks for installation which is the normal build time on custom drapery. The crew came to fully install the blinds and drapes that we selected they were very polite and very careful and clean with their work. We purchased a Hunter Douglas shade for our foyer window which was 74" wide by 58" long. Norman of TWG Fabrics came to our home and helped us with selecting the right shade for the window. He came with the installer when the shade was delivered, and both were professional and courteous. The day after installation, we noticed that there were two small spots on the shade which were actually factory defects. We texted photos of the defects to Norman, and he immediately ordered a replacement shade which was delivered to our house. The replacement shade was perfect.
