Absolutely terrible treatment towards door dash drivers. Went to pick up 2 orders and told staff to have a good night- next thing I know I have the old lady and who I’m assuming is her daughter come up to my car knocking on my windows demanding I give them the orders back- there had seemed to be an issue in the door dash app where it wasn’t showing them that the orders got confirmed. They demanded I give them the orders back and then darted back inside the store, when I say darted I mean I’ve never seen an old person run that fast, honestly worst experience I’ve ever had picking up an order anywhere. This place is HORRIBLE!!! I placed my order for delivery to the Middletown motel which is on 211. They delivered my food to the wrong place somewhere on King st in middletown which there are NO MOTELS even over there. I waited over a damn HOUR for them to call and say my food has been delivered!! TO WHO?? Cause it sure wasn't ME!! I called and they tried arguing with me about the address when I clearly was reading the correct address right off google!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! Moral of the story I didn't get my damn food after waiting a freaking hour for it. I don't recommend unless u want your food going to a whole other address. Young girl at night is rude. We’ve been a consistent customer through DoorDash and decided to go to the store for the first time. Ordered the exact same thing we always do and the girl gave us attitude and refused to take the order. When asking why, she said they don’t do stuff like that and said no to taking the order.
