First of all, I would like to say that the customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately, that was the only wonderful thing about my experience. I dropped off fifteen jackets for my school sport’s team to have names and numbers embroidered on the arm. All of the lettering was uneven, and there were loose strings that I had to ask to be cut on a handful of the jackets. One of the jackets had the wrong name embroidered, removed, and stitched over with the correct name, but the mistake was still visible and ruined a $70 jacket. Read moreDoug at Hudson Valley Print Shop really stepped up to help me in a bind. I casually walked in looking for new shirts (went with screen printing option), not really knowing what I wanted or needed. He took time to show me around their shop, helped me get some ideas, and when I finally sent him my order, logo, and Ideas he had a final proof within a couple of hours. Then when I made my final approval, he had the order completed and ready for pickup in less than two days. As a new small business in the Hudson Valley, I appreciate the guidance, feedback, and quick turnaround. I'll definitely be going back as soon as I need more shirts or...
