Gradually becoming a force in Newburgh. Started as a manufacturing site, with maker spaces following. Now, owners Thomas and Joseph are pursuing bona-fide placemaking--find indoor and outdoor markets, a newly-completed gardening venue, and music, adult ed (pottery! weaving! more!), and more..
