poor customer service , receptionist (woman) very rude , she hang the phone on me because I asked her how are you going when I called to ask if they have a parking , she answered what can I do for you , I thought she didn’t hear the first how are you doing so I asked her again how are you doing , she again answered how can I help you , I told her that this was rude from her , she hang up the phone on me , I called again and this time I understood that she is not courteous so I asked directly , do you have parking , she answered no without telling about my options , usually when you call a hotel and they don’t have parking they tell you about the options they can offer , upon our arrival I asked the guy at the front the desk if they have parking he told me about the city parking which is 60$ US which I didn’t mind paying. the next day the woman was at the front desk , I needed to check out , she was rude again but in person this time. very very poor customer service. Read moreThere are great views here, there is a a boat launch and fishing off the banks. There is a tree lined shaded bank with good sized trees and benches. My friends and I were visiting for our second year for the 4th Annual wine and music festival. The entertainment this year was not as great as last year but the DJ was great, he opened up the festival then live entertainment took over. Everyone both years were mature individuals and we had a great time without any incidents which was absolutely wonderful! While the weather started out a little cool it warmed up 🙂 nicely!! Many people bring their dogs or children on bikes, or your fishing pole. There are a few benches along the shore.
