Blue Collar Workwear — Attraction in City of Olean

My company was amazing and gave me a blank check to order clothing for work. I was excited and ordered 5 pants and 5 shirts certainly not cheep. It's 11/11/2023 I have waited over 2 week and still nothing. I call to check on my order ever 3 days. Each time I get nothing but attitude from the employees. They don't help and seem to be upset with helping (or lack there of) me with my order. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

In addition I will ensure to inform my customers and individuals that visit my place of business of this poor quality of service. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. Apparently this is the world we live...

Buyer beware, I purchased a set of boots from these guys 2 months ago and the site said they were I stock, as soon as I paid for the boots I received a email stating that the boots were on backorder and they had to get them directly from the manufacturer because they are a third party business. I Was told they have reached out multiple times to the manufacturer and they won’t respond. Long story short just order directly from the manufacturer and save yourself the hassle. Still haven’t received my boots 2 months later!!!! Every time I emailed or called this company I always got excuses and attitude because I wanted to know where my product was I PAID FOR....

Favorite business in all of the Olean area! I am in no way related to this business. I have purchased work boots from them for 16 years both in the store and off the "boot truck" that came to the mill I worked in. It was not until recently I was able to go to the store for the first time in far too long. They have a great selection of not only boots, but all work wear. There is also a a gun shop built in the back of the store. They are knowledgeable people and friendly. They do not mind you stopping in to ask questions even if you don't intend to make a purchase during that stop. It's a great store I hope to see around for...
