The claim of first come first serve then “this is for families only” is not okay. It’s also not okay to continue to have staff and volunteers who single someone out because they try to not waste time hearing people TALK about the food versus letting them see it for themselves, especially for someone like me who has dietary restrictions and health issues regarding them. Also it’s not okay to get nasty to people when other visitors start talking about politics and the person speaking up for minorities, disabled folks, and those who have been done wrong are silenced by threats from your janitor. I still have the video of this happening and was threatened with police for filming when they started being horrendous and telling me to leave the building when I had been in there first, not bothering anyone until I spoke against some very nasty words- guy was talking smack about ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL and your staff decided I was the problem somehow. 🤢🤮 Also, I feel bad for the hard workers there who load/ unload all the food for the woman in the wheelchair to take the mass majority of credit, claiming if she wasn’t there the program would shut down. Respectfully ma’am, anyone stuck in a wheelchair is not the one making the food available. I appreciate that you’re volunteering but...

Besides being a location for clothes drop off as well as donations to the food pantry for this location it has workers that can give you information on other charitable groups. They do all kinds of holiday bazaars there's a Sunday School located at this area. They tried to be accommodating for people needing a location to do family.visits they have events similar to after school program 4-H. The staff as well as the volunteers always cheerful. They are involved in a lot of events when it comes to feeding the local or getting help with Christmas or Thanksgiving throughout the holidays as well as any other times...

I called Oneonta from the Binghamton area, I did not want to drive all the way to Oneonta unless they had some furniture to choose from. I spoke to "Tanya", I asked her if they currently had any furniture for sale at their thrift store. She said, "usually people walk into the store and look for themselves", I'm not sure if she was trying to be uncooperative, having a bad day, or if she's trying to maintain an ambience of ignorance that can be found nowhere else? At this point it doesn't matter if they're giving away gold bullion, who wants to attach themselves to that kind of...
