Great for all ages. The best event that takes place there is 4th of July fest This park has alot to offer. There are pavilions and BBQ pits to cook food on. Just bring charcoal and a brush to clean the grates bc no one else does. There are 3 or 4 pavilions that u can get a permit for to reserve it or u and show up the day of ur party and hope no one else has taken it. There is lots of picnic tables so there's always enough sitting for the whole family. There is a big pond in the middle of this park and it has a fountain that's usually on. There r fish, ducks, geese and other wild life here. There are 2 big play ground for the kids 5 to 12 there are swings, teeter tot, baby swings, slide and lots more for the kids to play and have fun. And there is also a baby play ground lower to the ground for 1 to 5 year olds for safety. But it has very many this that the kids love and burn that energy. There r soccor feilds, basket ball court,.town and the surrounding countrys. If u have any questions or want to find out about a certain place pls feel free to contact me on my email...
Read moreThis is a large spacious and scenic park. There is a skate park for teens, though I'm told it's not great for safety. There is okay play equipment for kids. The park has softball fields and access to a minor league field. The Memorial Walk is a nice tribute to the locals who have fallen in war. There are a lot of picnic spots. The pond is scenic but underutilized. There used to be skating on it. There is an annual fish competition, but fishing is not year round. No boats. They recently redid the tennis courts and these are used for pickle ball often. There was once a pool but it was filled and is no longer, so no swimming. A few more activities would make this a 5 star...

We were out of there in less than 20 mins. We did wish that the lights around the pond were turned off for the event and then turned back on after the event when people were going to cars. We didn't use the bathrooms but they did have...
