So after you left the park we hung out up there a little bit longer tell Galaxy started showing signs of overheating then we went down to Golden Guernsey which was a disappointment compared to how it had been years prior. I mean yeah for a pup cup a milkshake a small cotton candy ice cream and med ice cream with sprinkles may have only cost a little over 20 bucks but they don't have the flavor that they used to and the customer service could use some touching up they treat the people at the drive-thru part as more of a hindrance and don't pay attention to the details versus when you go inside.. alone the ice cream flavors are basically generic with a few additives but mainly you could get all the flavors right there at Hannaford and Walmart . Charming ice cream shop with old timey ambiance. We stopped because of east on/off on I-88. They use Perry’s Ice Cream, which is just OK ice cream. The flavor variety was disappointing. We shared a large and wanted 3 balance flavors - vanilla based, chocolate based and a special flavor. Out of 37 listed flavors, only 3 are chocolate based. The only one we considered (don’t like raspberry or mint) was the dregs at the bottom, which we did not want (we asked if they pull out a new bucket - they declined; most places would scrap that out & put it at the top of a new bucket). There are lots of other interesting flavors though, many fruit or nut based. Portion size, average (not generous). Pro-tip, share a large ($5.50, 3 scoops ) and you can get 3 different flavors for 3 people to try (instead of 3 small @$4 = $12) - I especially like the group decision making & sharing (ice cream & subsequent critique) - it’s a bonding...

You all have got to try their ice cream! The Deep Sea Treasure flavor makes my tastebuds sing! They have over 15 tasty flavors of hard ice creams that we're sure will do the same for you. They also have soft ice cream and tons of other food choices. The service is usually fast from the time you place your order to when you get what you ordered, and the servers are pleasant enough. They have sit spots inside, on the side and around the back of the restaurant where you can enjoy your treat. The only one drawback to this place is the parking lot situation.
