Trinity Pet — Attraction in City of Port Jervis

Carol is amazing. She’s very detailed and ensures the pets/family member she supplies goes to a good home. Always ensures you have the proper necessities you need to provide for all pets. She has followed up with me showing me how to feed and maintain my babies through videos and helping me through it because sometimes I’m an over thinker. She and the staff there have hearts of gold. My son and I love to visit and always walk out with something or my son being so excited about a new reptile he wants. Sometimes she even helps you decide what’s right for you and your families needs. One time I wanted a monitor and was educated the amount of time, energy and patience I would need to invest in this species. Nevertheless I’m sticking to my ball pythons. Love our babies. I just recently discovered this pet store, and am very thankful. The owner is very knowledgeable and seems to care deeply for all of pets in her store, very much unlike those pet store chains. All of the tanks are kept clean and each reptile has his own space. I have visited the store twice now, each time bringing one of my reptiles with me. My babies are treated with the utmost care and all of my questions are answered without hesitation. My leopard gecko is currently having a problem eating and the owner very graciously offered for me to bring him in a few times a week to help feed him until he is doing better. Even though the store was very busy, the owner took her time with me and never dismissed any of my concerns just so she could move on to the next customer. The waiting customers must feel like I do because none of them seemed impatient, in fact, some of them were also taking part in the conversation I was having and adding in some of their own thoughts also. Carol and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They know alot about the animals and you can tell they care about all of them. I've been in pet stores before where they dont have much information on the animals and dont care either but this one is not like that. You wont be disappointed. I bought a bearded dragon from Petco and she shouldn't have even been sold that tiny Carol and her employees took my baby and put her on bootcamp to keep her from dying on me..Carol and the employees took care of her and never charged me a dime if it wasn't for them she wouldn't be here. So I am very thankful for them.. when this pandemic is over and I can go back to work I will be donating something to trinity pet so Carol and her staff can continue to help the community...
