I brought three games in February to be repaired, 2 switches and one DS. I paid the deposit fee. I received a call that one of the switches wasn’t worth repairing and that other one was ready for pick up. I thought it was very nice that they let me know that the cost to repair one wasn’t worth it. I was told that they were waiting on part for the DS. This was in March. We would call to check on the DS and was told someone would call us back. However this never happened. In July we were given the owners contact information. He apologized for us not being contacted. He explained that when he was fixing the DS he noticed another part Was needed. That he had ordered it but due to it coming from China could take a month. I said I understand. I called back late August and the part hadn’t come in. I called the beginning of September and was told the part was in and that it should be fixed in a week. That he would call me. He verified my number but I received no call. I called in October he told me he would check on it and call me the next morning. Again no call so I called him, no answer. He refused to answer my calls. As I started calling once a week. I decided to call the store and leave a message. Still no one called me about this game. At my wits in I called and said I would be picking up the game on this day. I went on that day and the game was not in the store. The employee called the owner and he said that he promised it would fixed by the end of the day and if not it would be hand delivered to me by the next day. Didn’t happen. I was finally able to be the game a week later in November. No apology no explanation nothing. I’m not even sure it’s repaired. I wanted to give my business to someone local but this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will not be going to them again nor would I recommend them. I understand it takes time to get parts but communication is key in situations like this. Not one time did the owner initiate any communication. Nor was they anything offer to make it right. He had the part since September and who knows if it works....

The owner had me take my reviews down multiple times saying he would make it right and I would get a refund. So I hear I am after months of waiting for my refund am putting up a new review. I Originally went in to get my phone diagnosed which was supposed to be free. The guy at the desk diagnosed my phone and was completely wrong. After the run around with changing the home button and Home Screen. The phone still didn’t work also they had me pay for home button assuming it would fix it. I wouldn’t have even spent the money in the first place if I knew my phone wouldn’t get fixed, which is why I went in to get it diagnosed. I ended up going to another repair shop and they said there was no way to fix the phone from the beginning. I learned that Home buttons for iPhones are particular to that certain iPhone. Apparently the guy has knowledge and iPhones, but couldn’t diagnose my phone and tell me this from the beginning. They charged me 80 something dollars for nothing. Theres no way to reply so I have to add on. Doesn’t matter where most of my reviews are from. My very first experience walking into your store is hearing a woman complaining about YOU ( owner ) not communicating with her and giving updates on her laptop that she wanted to bring to another place but you was able to talk her into leaving it with you still. And on top of all this you still haven’t contacted another customer about their item to fix. It’s been about 3 weeks and still nothing.
