Arbor at the Port — Attraction in City of Rochester

My husband and I got married in September 2023 & Arbor at the Port was an absolute dream venue for us, our day could not have been more perfect. Not only is it aesthetically stunning, but EVERYONE we worked with through the process of planning our wedding was absolutely incredible. From the initial tour of all of Arbor’s venues with Maddie, an easy payment process / schedule with Carly, the amazing Arbor Staff, and working through timelines, day-of details, and coordinating our vendors with Erika - it was the most amazing process throughout! They provided so many options in terms of pricing packages & recommendations for catering - we really were able to personalize our day exactly how we wanted. I could not recommend Arbor at the Port enough, exceeded all of our expectations & beyond!!

I have to add more about Erika - there are not enough words to describe how incredible she is. A few months out from our wedding, we asked Erika to be our day-of-coordinator, and honestly it was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. Erika made sure no detail was missed, she was so thorough on our planning calls, and made sure everything was in order for our wedding day. On the day itself - Erika was at the venue all day making sure everything was perfect. She was by my husband and I’s side making sure we were following our timeline, making sure we always had a drink in hand, and overseeing absolutely everything. When I say nothing went wrong on our wedding day (which I know is not common!) - I mean it, and that’s 100% because of Erika! My family and friends could not stop raving about her for days after our wedding, she made such a positive impact!

1000% would recommend to get married here. From the start they were truly amazing. They made me feel like family and helped me through everything and all the decision making. The venue is so beautiful with all the windows and natural light. The views are incredible with the water being right there and the boats! They decorated the outside with beautiful flowers and bistro lighting. We had Erika as our host of honor for the day. She made my dreams come true. She helped with setting up all the decor and worked with me through everything. She made sure Ryan and I got to eat and make sure we had drinks/water. She made everything stress free! Also the food was incredible!! Working with folk catering was amazing. Their team is so accommodating and friendly. The charcuterie for our appetizers was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. My family and friends said the food was the best wedding food they have ever had! Lastly the bar was a huge hit! Daniel worked with us on creating our speciality drinks! I love a good ranch water that is made with Topo Chico. Daniel went out of his way and got cases of it for me and made such an amazing drink! He worked with us and we were able to request certain things to have at the bar and he made sure they were there. This was hands down the best day of our life and it couldn’t of been possible if it wasn’t for Arbor staff, Erika, Daniel, Sarah, and Folk! Thank you...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Arbor. Erika was my coordinator- she is fantastic in every way!!! She was always there when I needed anything- whether it was answering questions/emails, calming the bridal nerves, or bringing the MOST hype on the actual wedding day. I swear my hand was not missing a drink at any point after our wedding ceremony LOL. I chose to add the “greens and candles” package, and it was easily the best decision. There was NO stress of having to outsource for decor (let’s be real the venue alone is stunning as is) or flowers. The bouquets were gorgeous. It’s so reasonably priced it was absolutely a no brainer. I love that they work with some AMAZING caterers in house, another thing I didn’t have to outsource for or stress over for even a minute. I sincerely felt supported every step of the way- from initially choosing my vendors (they provide an amazing suggestion list!!!) to the wedding processional itself. Everyone you come in contact with here is so helpful and knowledgeable I never had a doubt my day would be everything I dreamed it to be. They truly have it down to a science. I am forever grateful to Arbor for giving me my picture perfect wedding. I only wish I could hold all of my life events here going...
