The Saucey Chef — Attraction in City of Rochester

Horrible customer service. Paid 40$ dollars for the ultimate lobster grilled cheese and fries but when I received my order there were literally 10-12 fries. I called about the matter and expressed my frustration explaining like come on I paid 40$, I should get way more fries than this. The owner didn’t even attempt to make it right and instead said that this is how it comes. I only order from this establishment when they’re serving the lobster grilled cheese, and there was always a large portion of fries. How you up the price but giving me less make it make sense. Anyway that customer service turned me off like you could’ve at least offered a side order of fries to make right but nope. Safe to say she lost a customer and I’ll be sure to spread the word. If you want a restaurant with outstanding customer service try REDD on Winthrop St. Your horrible customer service will be your downfall...

The hype is REAL. This was some of the most delicious food I've had from ANY restaurant in a long time. We ordered the Baked and Stoned, Jerk Chicken Pasta, Hibachi Papi, and some daily specials. We split this amongst 8 people and had enough leftover to feed another 3. The packaging, portions, presentation, and flavor of each dish was impressive --but most importantly, cooked to the best quality. All of the pasta and rice had perfect texture, chicken and steak was tender and juicy, and veggies were crispy and flavorful. We ate this food an hour after picking it up and nothing was soggy, I don't get it. I work as a cook at a restaurant here in ROC so I'm really familiar with the struggles of ensuring the quality of "takeout", but this is Saucey's STRENGTH and I will continue to echo the hype, because it's deserved. The Baked & Stoned is THE best if you’re a lover of the savory & sweet taste palette 👌🤤 It’s a baked mac and cheese w fried chicken on top drizzled w a honey-like sauce. PHENOMENAL ❤️ I also ordered the jerk chicken Alfredo pasta w added shrimps and it was amazing as well! Fresh, hot and ready at the exact pick up time and the portions you get is so worth the price! Was a nice surprise, you can share honestly for about 3 adults per dish (maybe 2 since the food is amazing lol) I’ve been following The Saucey Chef for almost 2 years and I am astounded it took so long for me to finally try out her food.
