Chang Lung chinese restaurant — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Got the BBQ plate. 5 ribs and fried rice for around $11 you can't beat the price. They even put in an egg roll. Rice is slightly dry for my taste but very eadible. The ribs are on point, not falling off the bone but good flavor and not overly greasy. I suppose not remembering to take the picture before I devoured 2 ribs either means it's pretty good or I'm pretty hungry.

I retract the part where I said rice was dry. I didn't eat it right away when I got it so top side was cooled by then, but when I dig deeper it is sufficiently moist but not too moist for fried rice, and plenty of flavor. ( The worst being Panda dry and no flavor).

If I could have given them -5 stars I would give them!!! Last night I ordered from them through DoorDash..I received the food..first, it was not what I ordered ... I ordered Mushrooms and Snowpeas and chicken fried rics but I got mix vegetables (no mushrooms) and very weird frid rice that it was only chicken and some kind of orange rice! I ate them anyways since I was super hungry...and then, the day after, I ended up to faint at my work and got to the emergency hospital for food poisoning!!! Don't go even close to this business if you care about your health! Now, I have to pay the crazy emergency bill ... I will also try to get any legal actions against of...

I’ll be sticking to Ming, new Ming, and He’s. They’re consistent and welcoming.

I’m sure Chang Lung have fine food, but they’ll let anyone loiter in their restaurant.

I had to leave before receiving my food because a group of unsupervised children were allowed to make the seating area their playground, popping balloons repeatedly in a small space. I wish I could have waited for my food but my PTSD was triggered and I could not stay.

(I’m a professional balloon artist, I can handle a few pops. These kids were way over-inflating the balloons to make them pop as loudly...
