Cluttered Closet — Attraction in City of Syracuse

I bought my absolute favorite pair of earrings at this place several years ago and loved my experience, and I was reviewing some other places and came here to give them 5 stars. Then I saw that they somehow showed a completely different side to me than they did to a friend of mine who is trans, and I am so disappointed. It just floors me that they gave me excellent service, and I came away loving the place, but they would deliberately deny that to another customer right out of the gate, when she should have had the same awesome experience I did and come away loving the place too.
