After having a good experience at the store in the buying experience I found out they only deliver to areas (my house is less than 10 miles away) when they have multiple orders or once a week. I reluctantly waited the week and had to take a day because they wouldn't give me a ETA. When they got to my house there was damage to the box. They opened it up and we refused the dryer (huge dents and possible damage to the controls) I called the store looking to see if I could talk to a manager about this. A salesperson just told me that " this happens once in awhile". When I asked to have it inspected before the next delivery I got a bunch of additude (like I was 5 yrs old). No I'm sorry sir, no thank you for bringing this to my attention, nothing. I told this "Karen" that now she was losing business. Asked for my refund and went to a real store with better customer service. I hope this person doesn't own this store. Sad to see where the bar is set...
Read moreI was having a problem with a sound bar I purchased from here twelve years ago. After having no success with troubleshooting, I called Ra-Lin and spoke with Dave in the electronics department. He asked me if i could bring in the bar to see if it worked in the store. It did, so I brought it home and hooked it up. At first it seemed to work, and I thought the problem had been resolved--but I was still having some issues. So I ended up calling Dave AGAIN (!). He spent more time on the phone with me, and everything's working now. Dave was absolutely GREAT (not to mention PATIENT) with helping me, even though we were working with a twelve-year-old piece of equipment. He never pushed me into buying something new. He's the best! And when I am ready to buy a new TV and/or sound bar, I will most definitely buy it at Ra-Lin. ...
Read moreI’ve had so much trouble with the big box stores getting appliances (ordered, delivered, old stuff removed, and installation? No way!).
One big box cancelled my order last minute after making me wait months to begin with. I called Ra-Lin’s fully expecting the same run-around and higher prices.
However, they had stock (specifically a nice gas range), delivered quickly and exactly when promised even when I couldn’t be there to sign for it, and even installed it despite me telling them I could take care install myself. Also, it was HUNDREDS less than the big box store!
I’m so happy with Ra-Lin’s service and prices, and kicking myself for not shopping there sooner. Support this...
