Fatcat Baking is awesome! The owners Megan and Alex are the sweetest people you could ever meet. All of their baked goods are 5 star and vegan. I first tried them at the CNY Regional Market in Syracuse this summer. They will be there every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month through October. You can also place orders online from them on their website at anytime. I have had their pretzels, whoopie pies, scones, carrot cake and cupcakes, brownies, babka, energy balls and everything was superb! I can't get enough of her carrot cake. The best carrot cake I ever had! Megan ranks up there with the top bakers in the country. She is that talented. Even if you are not vegan you will love her baked goods. I placed a custom birthday cupcake order for pickup (within 48 hours!) and Megan was extremely helpful and friendly in going over my options and what they would be able to accommodate in such a short timeframe! The cupcakes turned out AMAZING both aesthetically and deliciously — anyone who had a bite commented on how soft and flavorful the buttercream frosting was! I highly recommend this small owner business, ordering online was extremely easy and if you have any questions, Megan was available to answer questions over the phone. My only regret was not ordering more, but definitely will be coming here for birthday cakes & treats...

We ordered a small number of maple cream cupcakes and GF chocolate chip cookies for our wedding guests with dietary concerns and it was a huge hit! Our vegan and GF guests were so impressed with both taste and decoration, and our non-vegan guests couldn’t even tell the difference. The Fatcat desserts fit right in with our other desserts and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
