Stasis Float Center — Attraction in City of Syracuse

I was a mess of pain and inflammation when I called to book an urgent care package! My allergies were so bad that my swollen sinuses caused the bones in my face to hurt. My neck, shoulder and back were throbbing. I had reached the point where I didn't have the time or patience for anything or anyone! I was miserable!

Floating was by far one of the fastest ways to get my flexibility back! It soothed my muscle pain and by the time I was done I could bend over and touch my toes without being in agony! I had the best sleep after my sessions! I woke up the next day feeling like a million dollars!

Adding on the salt room sessions was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The inflammation and congestion eased after 15 minutes and I found significant sinus and allergy pain relief. I was breathing easier and my sessions were during the few days we had almost 100 degree temperatures. I was able to go outside and do some light garden work breathing freely.

As an added bonus -- my skin glows, my hair is soft and I feel so much better! After 5 salt room sessions I was able to eliminate the added OTC remedies for sinus congestion and pain and was able to take just my regular allergy pill. I am positive I spend more money on sinus pain OTC remedies in a month than what a monthly salt room membership costs.

Absolutely amazing experience... I've been here for at least three other times and each time I've been able to come to peace with some of my past as I have PTSD... dealing with my PTSD caused me to go down some dark roads including addiction but with the help of the Body Mind Float Center, friends and family I was able to conquer some of my fears and make addiction part of my past ... they do honor on Military discount so if you're veteran like I take advantage of it because you're going to want to go as many times as possible but don't make it a every week thing unless you're able to emotionally and mentally consume what you get out of your float. Allow it to resonate before you make another appointment. The staff there is amazing very accommodating and their willing to help you find the best fit for you as in session and tank. Jenny and Hannah both were able to assist me with finding what I needed with CBD and concessions along with the saltroom. You'll find this establishment well-maintained and absolutely immaculate. As a wife & mother working a full time job and also working to run a new small business with my husband, to say my schedule is busy is an understatement. It has been difficult to squeeze time into that already hectic schedule. So when I found an opportunity, I jumped at the chance to use that window of time to enjoy a 90 minute salt float session at Stasis. It was a MUCH needed 90 minutes of quiet, calm relaxation. As someone who struggles with chronic back pain, a float provides me with 60+ minutes without pain, relieves stress and anxiety, and leaves me reset and rejuvenated. The facility is amazing from the time you step foot in the door. It's impeccably clean, quietly peaceful and inviting. Glenn is the perfect host, welcoming me back like I had just been there last week- even though it had been nearly 2 years! (Far far too long, but again, new business ownership will do that!) He graciously keeps the kettle on for tea before & after your float, answers any questions regarding their services and genuinely shows interest in how you are doing and how your float experience was.
