Got a list of complaints against 3 companies, within this building. But let's start with Costco itself!
Costco = Constant Overcrowding in both the store, & in the Lot!! So much so, that Fights break out here at least twice a month. Traffic is so bad, the cart collectors have to double as traffic guards. Something that other supermarkets prohibited their teams from doing. The Lot has blindspots, especially regarding ramps. Employees š¬ on the job, despite smoking not allowed near the entrance. Supplies constantly selling out, registers constantly being overloaded with super long lines. So long in fact, they span 2/3rds of the store's length!!! Registers usually not having a cart collector, or a maintenance team member assist in bagging. Speaking of Maintenance, they're extremely short-staffed & constantly ignore accidents in favor anything else. When they do come for clean up, it's usually a half-hour wait for them to show up!!!! I literally saw someone drop a box of Dr Brew at Register #11 once, & cut their hands on the shards. Only for the staff to ignore it for sometime, despite it holding up the line! I saw another customer knock over a whole case of cranberry juice, only for maintenance to diddly daddle & tell someone else to get lost!! How rude is that?! Some employees disappear alot, causing tension to buildup with their team leadership or management. On rare occasions leading to heated arguments, both in person & on radio channels!!! The disappearing team members, also makes it harder for customers to locate items or receive assistance. The Management constantly getting into arguments with other companies, within the building. The help desk has no lineup system in place, so people keep cutting or bumping each other. The help desk doesn't usually have a person standing there often, so you can be waiting up to an hour for assistance.
Millennium Sales Technology/Paragon Premier Marketing = Straight up rude to their staff & Customers. How? By disrespecting customers that don't have AT&T, & asks them for personal information like their income status, education level, & who lives in their homes. Having technical & communication issues, with their staff & modules. Walking back hires within a day, & screening customer complaints! Now this is due to both paranoia, & discrimination towards the public. If a company walks back a hire within a week, it's because you failed the background check. Something as minor as a past employer can say something slightly negative about anything at all. & this company will immediately throw you onto the street!
Club Demonstration Services = Butting Heads with just about everyone, including store management. Constant Health & Dress Code infractions. Like the men not wearing beard guards at times, some including women not wearing anti-slip shoes, not wearing gloves or having spares, some wearing watches & jewelry on the job, Constant shouting, tardiness, or sloppiness in the workplace. Unstable Station Wheels, which force the mobile stations to zigzag across aisles. Yes, they nearly hit people... a lot! Constantly mixing dishes & utensils together during closing procedures, especially with š§¼ water!! Resulting in some team members getting fingers cut. Tiny Workspace, Hostile Management, They call each other awful things like the N & P words!!! Yes, even on Work Calls in each other's homes!!!! Yes, They will commit home invasion by falsely authority in your dwelling! Does Costco do that too? I wouldn't put it past them. Did I mention that they also screen people's complaints? Sounds familiar? They freak out whenever the Health Inspector comes along, which is once a month. They misplace their equipment often, & constantly ignore the no cellphone use rule whenever supplies are low. Why don't they have radios then? Kids constantly Overcrowding stations without parental authority, is another problem this company has! I thought the rules of the jungle didn't apply here. They also don't have that much variety to sample, as it's usually the same Costco products. They discriminate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is the worst when it comes to staff they have problems and are very rude and will be taking this matter seriously to the news station.
I went food shopping today and as you know they have lines outside to shop. I knew that because I go there 2x a month and shop plus Iām a former employee there so as Iām walking to the customer service side the guy Kevin who was working the door walk up so fast in my face talking about a line which I knew but when you go to Cusumer service you donāt have to wait on the line outside they let you go in.to return things.
Now mind you Iām still going food shopping but I need to return this item I already told my son go on the line outside the other guy come into my son face and starts to scream about the line outside my som looking telling the man he know and he still in my son face and now itās to the point I had to get involved and tell the man come on you see me tell him go outside and he still following my son as he trying to give me the kart of the items I was returning.
They go call another employee which was not a manager to make things worst his name is MOSES and the man is telling Moes my son hit him first which my son never hit anybody.at all. They tell us everything is good they sorry for the problem then go behind my back.
They called the cops on my son and told him he have to leave the store because the guy fell scare and he didnāt even work the door it was Kevin he came to mess with us after he seen me and Kevin get into first about the Cusumer Service situation and him trying to make me go on the line for the returns. The told my son leave because the guy was in his face and my son told him I heard you.
Its sad we canāt take back and stand up for ourselves with out someone callings COPS on us. The store manager FRANK and KAMIL did nothing but lie to the cops about my son being in the man face. I spend $750.00 a month in Costco to get treatment like this they was so bad and didnāt even want to pack my groceries. I will continue to pursue this matter because they was so wrong to tell my son leave because it Cusumer is always right and. We have no need to lie but they was so rude and lied on my...
Read moreI have been at Costco member for many years. I have family employed by Costco and they highly suggested to use their auto service⦠I did get a great deal However, I was given an appointment at 11:30. I did choose to arrive at 10 AM, hoping to be placed in queue to ensure I would not miss an appointment at 3 PM⦠I was advised that I could not check in at 10 AM, 11:15am would be the earliest⦠I then asked if there were any cancellations would they be able to call me because I was on site. The gentleman confirmed my phone number and stated he would call if there were any cancellations. I returned to my vehicle and then went back inside to be checked in at 11:30 (my appt time) then returned to my vehicle to wait.
I was told the appointment would take no longer than an hour to an hour and a half. By 1 PM I had still not had my vehicle serviced. I went inside and the gentleman stated they were delayed because two of the 12:30 appointments did not show.⦠But my appointment was at 11:30am and if there were cancellations or āno showsā why would the shop wait for them to arrive rather than attend to who was physically present? š
I canceled and rescheduled my appointment for the first appointment of the day later in the week. The representative stated three appointments are made every 45 minutes so if your appointment is set for 10 AM there are two other people in that 10 AM slot with you so itās a first come first serve type of deal for their appointments. But thinking about this mathematically, if each appointment is supposed to average an hour to an hour and a half, and three people are set every 45 minutes⦠they will always run behind.
The scheduling system is bonkers. But the rep was really nice and helpful. I hope this helps for anyone who is looking to schedule in the future and has other stuff to do on...
