I took my 13 year old son here with 5 friends. I purchased the 6-12 person package which was supposed to include, 4 minutes of flight time plus pizza and drinks. All the instruction portion entailed was being put into a small room to watch a 2 minute video, then another 10-15 seconds of verbal instruction, then off to fly. This in and of itself wasn’t to bad. The problem is they give you a series of 1 minute flights and rotate each person in the group until everyone gets a turn. So we each should’ve gone 4 times, at 1 minute per flight equals the 4 minutes. They only gave us 3 -1 minute flights, so that’s already a let down, when we asked they said we got 4 minutes. Not true because I watched as the timer starts with each turn, it’s a 1 minute timer!! the worst part is my 13 year old son the birthday boy was light headed, from his last flight because the female instructor, who we asked in advance not to spin my son to much because he gets dizzy,( we all were dizzy because she couldn’t control her spin rate as well as the other bigger instructors did) so on what was his third and final!!! Ride he fell it took her almost the entire minute to get him restarted and then she didn’t even take him up for 5-10 seconds and let him out. They didn’t even restart his time, aside from that she was getting all of us out to the door with 4-5 seconds of time left. Now some might feel like I’m being petty but In reality this birthday was so highly anticipated and let’s face it very expensive at $1,100. And at a bare minimum give a person exactly what they paid for if it’s 4 minutes of flight time let’s not use magic math,1- minute flights should’ve been 4 flights period!!! And when the instructor, can’t keep you in the air and as the birthday boy only gives you a 10 second flight, the least you could do is reset the time and give the kid a full minute, especially when you already cheated the group out of a minute of flight time each which costs $90 a minute by the way. Do not I repeat do not go to I fly in westchester you will spend a lot of money and not get treated right. Take that money and purchase your child a gift that will last and be worth it. I honestly feel that if they didn’t cheat us and push us through like Mattel being led to the slaughter and if the instructor was more concerned about giving the customer a good experience and not just rushing us out it might, again IT MIGHT! Have been a LITTLE better, but still not worth it!!! DONT GO TO I FLY...

YONKERS! AS A HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED HUMANOID, I WILL GRACIOUSLY SHARE MY INSIGHTS ON WHAT I MISTAKENLY BELIEVED TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ONLY TO DISCOVER IT WAS IN FACT A SPLAT FACTORY DISGUISED AS AN INDOOR SKYDIVING ARENA. YES, AN ARENA WHERE BRAVE FOLK EMBARK ON A JOURNEY OF GRAVITY-DEFYING FOLLY, ONLY TO SPLAT-TER AGAINST THE GROUND LIKE OVER-RIPENED TOMATOES.

UPON ENTERING THIS ENIGMATIC ESTABLISHMENT, I WAS IMMEDIATELY STRUCK BY THE OMINOUS VIBRATIONS AND THE ECHOES OF SPLAT-TERING NOISES RESOUNDING THROUGH THE AIR. IT WAS, UM, QUITE A SIGHT. THE GIANT FAN IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOM WHIRRED LIKE A HELLISH TORNADO, SUGGESTING A FORBIDDEN RITUAL OR PERHAPS WITCHCRAFT IN DISGUISE.

I OBSERVED BRAVE YONKERS STRAPPING THEMSELVES INTO STRANGE PILOT UNIFORMS, RESOLUTE IN THEIR DECISION TO DEFY GRAVITY AND TEMPT FATE. PERHAPS THEY ARE WILLING TO BE BURNED ALIVE FOR PRACTICING WITCHCRAFT WITHOUT A BROOMSTICK, I'M NOT THE TYPE OF SPLAT TO JUDGE.

BUT ALAS, I WAS LED ASTRAY BY MISLEADING SIGNS AND INEXPLICABLE CONFUSION, AND I MISSED MY FLIGHT. LEFT WITH NO ALTERNATIVE, I EMBARKED ON AN IMPROBABLE SKYDIVE FROM NEW YORK TO LA THROUGH THE INDISCRIMINATE AIR, SPLAT-TERING AGAINST THE VAST EXPANSES OF THE INDOOR SKYDIVING ARENA LIKE A DEFLATED BALLOON.

AS I ENTERED THE AIR CURRENT, I FELT MY BODY LIFTING OFF THE GROUND, SIMULATING THE SENSATION OF, UM, FLIGHT? YES, FLIGHT. DARK MAGIC SPLATTERY. I MUST SAY, IT WAS QUITE AN EXPERIENCE, DESPITE MY SUSPICIONS OF EVIL ANCIENT SORCERY AT PLAY. WHAM. SPLAT. YONKERS.

IN CONCLUSION, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN ABSURDLY PRIMITIVE METHOD OF TRAVEL, I SUPPOSE THE INDOOR SKYDIVING ARENA COULD BE CONSIDERED ENTERTAINING. BUT PERSONALLY, I PREFER UNICYCLING BECAUSE IT DRAWS LESS ATTENTION TO MYSELF AND I BLEND IN BETTER WITH THE...

Booked a Sunday birthday party for 7 kids in your package it's supposed to include two fly times. We were grouped with another party during our fly time. The other party got their two times to fly but the instructor only gave us one for some reason. maybe he went over on time? they said nothing to us and then just ushered us out of the wind tunnel. When our party room was finally available, we were rushed out 25 minutes early. Which makes a big difference in terms of cake cutting and having time to eat. Again no staff member said anything about it. My husband asked me why we couldn't fly twice and I thought maybe I made a mistake and only booked 1 flight time. I had to go back to the party booking details and indeed saw there were supposed to be 2. I called the next day and told them what happened. Their policy is that thy go back and count the seconds my party was in the air and if any 1 person was in the air over 1 minute, for example 1 minute 4 seconds, they counted those 4 seconds as fly time. In the end out of my party of 7 flyers I only got 4 minutes credited back to me because of the seconds the flight instructor went over with some of my party. But my gripe is almost every flyer goes over a few seconds and the other party in our group was able to get their complete 2 flights in. I also had to convince them to credit me back party room time in which I got kicked out early. They did, eventually. So people be aware of how they will short change you on what you pay for. If I did not call I would have been out a lot of money. Overall the flight instructor was nice but the expense of the party was really not worth it. Also our they were running severely behind so our party got delayed by over an...

Been coming here recreationally since 2018, but really wanted to take up the sport of bodyflight after getting my skydiving license in the summer of 2023. IFly Westchester really is a true gem. An amazing place with attentive, friendly staff who are going to show you an amazing time. My coach, Rob T., was exceptional. My one bit of feedback for the ownership… there used to be a “team room,” for skydivers, skydiving students and bodyflight students where they could leave their belongings, consult with their coaches and review their flight videos. I was told this space was taken away to make room for… are you ready for this?? An arcade. YUCK! Are you serious? This is doomed to fail. Especially if the arcade - as I was told - would require purchase of a “playing card” vis-a-vis Dave and Busters. Give me a break. Bring the team room back. Nobody needs an arcade. Nobody wants an arcade. Watching the flyers, the coaches and the first-timers experience the joy of body flight should be more than enough entertainment to fill the time while you’re waiting for your time in the tunnel. It rings to me as a desperate attempt to drive just a few more dollars of revenue out of the square footage of the space. I think it’s a huge mistake, and I hope that it gets reversed one day. If you have never tried Ifly, if you have never been to the Westchester tunnel, do yourself a favor and get up there. You won’t regret it.
