I would not recommend this school to anyone. I have completed all my courses and have earned my degree. They should of told me a long time ago of the requirements to do Exit counseling. I would have gladly completed it. I chose not to walk and now I get an email saying that they will not give me my degree till I complete EXIT counseling. I am already registered at another college for my graduate degree.... Not to mention the fact, that they would not approve the program I wanted to go to. Instead they insisted that I do the organizational leadership program. I had wanted to do the Bus. Admin program. They would not approve the financial aid unless I did it their way. Seriously I was going to be an RSU alumni but not now. They are a rinky dink college that is viewed as a Junior college, clearly does not have the reputation that the other 4 year colleges have and I now know why....Poorly...
Read moreSO EXPENSIVE. for the type of education you are getting, in which I mean , cancelled classes and reading 6 text per course. If only you could teach yourself and get the degree. OH wait, I paid someone 60,000 dollars for that. its awful to be in the work force and then realize how much you did not learn! the only thing is some of the professors are super awesome to talk to, I can not say they teach, but they are good people. Lots of older adults which is nice but staff all over campus is rude. Go to the book store or admissions happy you will leave furious for no reason. I got sick of the attitude, and the way you feel like you are just another pay check. They do not truley care about creating bright and fundamentally succesfull futures. They just want to make the money to seem comparable to OU or OSU. my advice is suck it up and go to a...
Read moreThis is my sister's first semester here, and will be the last. These people make you jump through hoops with all the different paperwork and verifications they need. I've attended 3 different universities and 1 is in a whole nother state and I haven't had so many issues. Not only does there financial aid page not make sense. You can't even see what aid is going where because of the ridiculous amount of fees and clutter on the page. Worst experience at a school yet, and I don't even go here. My siblings all go to different universities in Oklahoma both pwi, and hbcu and this is by far the least organized. I regret picking this university for her. Only good thing is the dorms. Besides that...
