I'm a little perturbed. There is usually always a wait but on several occasions the lines have been long. At times, a worker will come outside and take orders to speed things up. On too many occasions the wait has been excessive. 45 minutes to an hour while nobody comes out to take orders. My last trip was mothers day. I waited 45 minutes. Just as the other line finally freed up, there was only myself and three cars behind me. No one had been outside or even tried to speed things up, all this time. Just about that time, a new car pulled into the other line and a girl FINALLY came outside to start taking orders. I was next in line but she ushered the new arrival to pull up in front of me and the cars behind me. We had been waiting at least 45 minutes and this car had just got there. When I got a clearing to get out, I left and took my business elsewhere. This wasn't the first time nobody seemed to care about the customers waiting in line or bothered trying to know who was next when they did finally come outside. If they had been paying attention, I could have gotten through the line in less than half the time I waited, and left there with drinks. Its pointless to send someone out after the line has gotten short. I have not returned. There are other coffee shops in Claremore. I purchased 5 to 7 drinks per week in this place but my business is obviously not appreciated. Like too many other places, they started out great but at some point they've decided they have enough loyal customers that they can afford to start losing them. They will eventually put themselves out of business. I loved this place but I can no longer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am absolutely obsessed. Like, got up at 3:00am to make sure I was first in line for their 5:00am grand opening obsessed. Iām from Oregon, and when I was attending college classes, I would stop at the stand by my house either before or after class. It got to the point where they knew my name and my top three go tos. Iāve been deprived the three years Iāve lived out here, and having a stand ten minutes away from my house is very dangerous to my bank account š
I always say Dutch Bros is an experience, and that everyone should go in person at least once. Itās one thing to have a delicious drink brought to you, but itās another to go yourself and experience the amazing atmosphere and the energetic and welcoming broistas who actually make an effort to get to know you. One of them already recognizes my minivan and asks if Iāve brought my dog with me! I always feel happier and more energized after Iāve gone through and gotten my drink, and the caffeine has nothing to do with it. The drink sizes are bigger than Starbucksās, and thereās definitely more of a variety (and less upcharges). They were profusely apologetic when I came back four hours after Iād been through with a barely touched freeze because it was made with normal milk instead of almondmilk, and the broista triple checked with me what I wanted and oversaw the remake. You can tell they genuinely care about their custies.
I could go on and on about my favorite coffee stand, but this is already long enough, and I havenāt even mentioned how much they give back to the community! If I could give more than five stars, I would!
With love, your first...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at Dutch bro to see what all the hype was all about. Upon arriving, there was a pretty long line so we decided to park and order at the window instead. was met by a young fella named Jonah (not really sure how to spell it) but it was not a friendly greeting at all. It was 9 in the morning but he seemed irritable and pissed off already. I get things can get frustrating but his attitude should not have been directed at me. Ended up ordering and waited 10 - 15 minutes before receiving our coffee. There were a few people ahead of us who ended up requesting a refund as their coffee had not came out either and it had been even longer than what we had waited. My friend is also a barista back where we are from and she noted that the guy Jonah had over did the expresso shots for our coffee. She noted he ran the expresso for roughly 40 seconds and instead of redoing it, just proceeded to poor it into our coffee, which caused it to be overly bitter. I am not a barista but when I tasted the coffee, she was right. It was bitter and we didn't finish it. I wish that some people would take more pride in what they do and produce. I hope the manager there does more training about brewing things correctly and have an attitude adjustment/ training for the...
