Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Claremore

Made a timed order at 430 pickup for 700. Wasn't ready was told to pull around to the front of the store and they would bring out my food I pulled around and parked in the handicap spot because I am handicapped I waited 20 minutes and then started calling the 661 number. While on the phone with the 664 number they brought out an order to the people next to me that pulled up 10 minutes after I got there then I called back to the 664 number again they came out and took an order to the people to the right of me who got there 15 minutes after I did it's now been 30 minutes I'm still sitting there waiting on my food that was supposed to been ready 30 minutes ago I had to wait another 10 minutes before they finally brought my food out to me when I got home the order was not correct my cheesy bread half of it was turned upside down in the box so the trees stuck to the bottom of the box my crustless pizza was cold the sauce was cold tasted like they just do it together didn't send it through the oven the other Pizza that I bought didn't have the correct toppings on it it will be a while before I go back to mazzio's...

The delivery driver was rude. Apparently was put out by a later order and we were told to be respectful of the closing time and was told to tell us that by the manager. Which I might add the website won't allow delivery orders past a certain point before a store closes and if it did then it was a website glitch and not the fault of a hungry customer just trying to order dinner late after a very long day. UPDATE - The manager called personally and apologized and started this wouldn't ever happen again and that driver was disciplined. My wife and I with our 2 boys walk in to enjoy a family night out. Upon entering we not greeted or not sat down, but stared at by the employees. We sat ourselves thinking they were just busy. Sat for a few moments and switched chair positions a couple times and got the best seat to view our TV of liking. Realizing that none of the employees were going to come our way, we left the boys playing their games in the booth and went to get our salads and a menu. When my wife and I grabbed menus we were finally approached by what seem to be a manager and told that the wait would be 30 minutes.
