UPDATE: I was charged for service, though I returned equipment and canceled within my 14 day cancelation period. Upon reviewing the receipt received at this store on 6/17, the employee did not note my name as the customer, they "guest" was entered in the name field. So, now I am stuck trying to get a refund for service and equipment I do not have. Furthermore, since he let the bill cycle, now I will have to battle them trying to lock me into a contract.
