EXEMPLARY customer service and TOP NOTCH quality products! I stopped by Molly Bees to see if they were able to heat transfer a few designs on a martial arts kimono. The kind ladies up front explained to me that this particular kind of work may not hold up long term or look the way it should based on the texture of the clothing. I greatly appreciated their transparency, and honesty instead of just agreeing to do it, and provide a customer with something mediocre. They instead offered to do embroidery work for me. They did disclose that it would be a bit more expensive, and take a little longer, but I didn't mind to wait. 2 weeks later, and I received the finished product. I am blown away by the quality. My expectations were exceed, tenfold.

I found Molly Bees on a Google search a few months ago and solicited their assistance with a project at my church. Rachael was listened to the needs of the project, made suggestions, and has been so helpful and supportive, even though we have not carried through on our part.
