If I could give it a zero, I would! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Do NOT go to this bowling alley!! Consider yourself warned if you read this review and go anyway! First, to be fair, I will say that it was 99 degrees outside when we went in to the bowling alley. You knew immediately that the air conditioning was struggling to keep up. We chose to deal with this situation. We should have turned around and left right then and there. We were assigned a lane that was closer to the front desk because this one had a working machine or computer to keep scores that "seemed to be working good, for a while-per the employees suggestion". When we were looking for the bowling balls we found that the far lane (lane one) end of the bowling alley was noticeably cooler so we asked if we could move. They told us that we couldn't use lane three because the computer on that lane had been broken for over a month!!! We chose lane one. In the next 40 minutes, the four of us were only able to bowl four frames due to the computer scoring kept going out of sequence and incorrectly scoring. The pins were often reset or knocked down and cleared for no reason. One time, the machine went to set a new rack of pins and ALL of the pins were just dropped! Reset again!! Also, the bumper rails for the little kids were broken on one side! Meanwhile, a birthday party had been set up on the other end of the bowling alley and a balloon got wrapped in a ceiling fan. As a result, they turned off ALL of the ceiling fans and NEVER tried to get the balloon out, but kept the fans off. Temperature REALLY sky rocketed!! They then turned on the music for this birthday party SO loud that we literally couldn't even talk to each other without screaming. Additionally, they were playing vulgar music with little kids (including our grand kids) there. By this point, I decided that we were leaving. I told the front desk that we were not going to continue bowling due to the excessive mechanical and computer problems AND the fact that it was getting hotter and hotter. I asked for a refund. I was told that they do NOT issue refunds. Company policy. I asked for their company name and contact information. With a dumbfounded look from them, I was told that there wasn't a corporate office. I asked who makes this policy and was told the owner does. The name given was Stacey (not sure of the spelling). I asked to speak with the owner so they called her. Instead of Stacey, I was put in touch with her husband Mike. I was calm and rational and even complimented the staff that they were trying to help and were friendly but they were obviously in over their heads with problems. He told me that he could give us a gift card for the problems. I said I wasn't interested in a gift card. Why would I want to get a gift card to come back to the same place with all of these problems? He then told me that I could take the gift card offer, or leave. That's it. That's the value that these owners put on their customers. Here's the wrap up. It's obvious from the moment you walk in, this bowling alley is in disrepair. It's also obvious that the owners are NOT putting much money back in to the business. Equipment broken for months??!! (Per THEIR employees working the front desk!!) That should tell you all you need to know. DON'T give these irresponsible owners your money!! Go somewhere else!! Consider yourselves warned! If you read this post,...

This was not a good experience at all. We got put on a lane that didnt work properly. We went up the front 3 different times to ask for help. The teenagers working the counter could not be bothered to offer any assistance with the lane. There was absolutely no customer service or even a friendly smile when we came in. There was 5 or 6 teenage employees all standing being the the front counter, but none other the oldest seemed to be doing anything other then chilling. We paid for 2 games but left after not even finishing 4 rounds in the first game, it was so frustrating. The lane would not reset the pins, the computer would not track the numbers, and nobody could track their turn since the computer would not register when the balls had been knocked over. And I love a good back beat of music playing but it was so loud we literally couldnt hear each other at all. There was not enough bowling balls some had to share with the lane next to us. And at least 3 different people came to ask if our kids were using the dinosaur ball rollers, because there was no more.Even tho there were plenty of lanes still open. I really think some adult support would greatly improve the customer service experience, since the kids are running the front do not seem to care about the customers, the alley, or even properly handling the money this was super super sad we spent over $70 and left within the first 40 minutes due to sheerfrustration with lack of help and equipment...

It has been a couple of years since I have been and it has always been a bit grimy but has been good cheap fun. Today changed all of that and my business is forever gone from this establishment. Ordered food and paid cash, then was told they can't give me my full change back because they didn't have enough coins. Ok thats fine. Waited forever for our food and had to ask, only to find out that it was given to somebody else and there are no more of that food to make. Ok that sucks and is annoying but fine again. Ordered something else, and another long wait time, until we asked again, and THEN they started the food. Saw the curly guy getting our food run his hands through his hair and then grab the frozen food to make us with his bare hands. Pretty grossed out at this point and don't want the food. Told him that we were going to get food somewhere else and asked for a refund. He kept telling me, very passive aggressively that he could put it in a to go box. Kept repeating himself that he could put it in a to go box. Finally had to bring up the fact that he was running his hands through his sweaty hair and touching the food with no gloves. He looked really mad and didn't say a word and handed the girl a receipt to refund me. Got a partial refund that also didn't account for how I overpaid because they lacked change. Overall was a terrible experience because of how rude the curly haired heavyset guy was along with his awful food...

Our family loves coming here- ever since our kids were little. We always get the Pizza, Pins & Pop Special because it is such a good deal. The food is good and beer is cold! This past summer, we brought our grandson and introduced him to bowling and now he's hooked and keeps asking to go back! He loved the bowling, the black lights, the music... he kept dragging us to the 'jukebox' between bowls, having us play all his favorite songs from Stranger Things 4 and it seems everyone in there was singing along with him- it was awesome. The kids who were running it the night we took him were so nice - there was always a smile and kind word with every interaction and they patiently put up with our lane doing weird things, even going as far as giving us an extra 30 minutes on our time. We will always choose Pin Center over all the lanes in Fort Worth that are inconveniently located and overpriced.

Please forgive the 3 stars. They don't reflect my true sentiments about this place. I rated it so, because there was only one employee and he was doing all he could to keep up with the number of customers present. Otherwise, I found the Pin Center to be very nice. I haven't been there in years, but I thought I'd go for a couple of beers. I was surprised by what they've done to the place. You'll understand by the photos I post. Please give it a shot and enjoy 😉

Went in on a Saturday night after 9pm and ordered the Bowl til You Drop. It’s $15/person, including shoes, to bowl until closing. We bowled and played arcade games until about 12:30, definitely got our money’s worth. The staff were all young people but they seemed to be working very hard. They were friendly and quick. The place is small but it gives a nice old timey feel, very cozy and the lanes were pretty good too. Would definitely go back
