Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cleburne

I wish I could give 0 stars. I did an order through the app for two milkshakes. I drove over and check in, then wait 15 minutes for my order. Nothing, so I decided to go through the drive through. I tell the guy on the speaker I’m here to pick up my order and provided my name. He says pull up. I wait 10 more minutes for the one truck in front of me to get their order. I pull up and the woman at the window was extremely rude, she glared at me and didn’t say a word. I again explained that I am picking up my order, and she closes the window on me. She stars making the milkshakes. Why weren’t they made and ready 25 minutes ago at the time I was quoted? There were six people working, none of them communicating at all. I had to wait another 20 minutes and finally the window opens, and the woman silently and rudely hands me my milkshakes. This was the worst sonic experience I have ever had. I will never go back to this location. No sonic milkshake is worth a 40 minute wait. If I was able to get someone’s attention to ask for a refund, I would have....

Order ahead is a joke. I used the app to order two blasts. Placed order at 8:20, arrived at restaurant at 8:28. Had to wait another 10 minutes and only received one of them. They said they were out of the cookie dough - no big deal, it happens. Except the other one was already basically melted, meaning it was made and just sat. Ended up waiting another almost 10 minutes for the other blast. Finally left at 8:48. For those keeping score at home, that's almost 30 minutes total from order placed to departure - 20 from arrival to departure...again for two cups of ice cream with candy mixed in. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident, otherwise I would have just let it go. All Sonic restaurants really seem to be struggling with order times - at least every one I've been to in the...

Wasn't even done ordering and she kept saying is that it? I said No.... She gave me my food and said she was getting the 2 blasts. I checked my order and 2 Chili cheese dogs, where missing. So when I finally got my malts done, I honked and spoke to the manager and told her that the 2 we're missing and she said they are in the bag. I handed her the bag and she looked and saw that there not in the bag and she said there remaking them. so another 5 minutes later they gave me them. My other food was cold by then and nasty. The ONLY thing that was good is the banana malts. Won't go back to this location on main st. If I could have given NO stars, I would have. They don't deserve...
