Sunrise Cafe — Restaurant in Cleburne

I was very disappointed in this place. I have never eaten here before but I saw it on grubhub so I decided to place an order. On the grubhub app it said that the Burger meal came with fries.I also put in the notes to put mayo on my Burger and no tomatoes. I also ordered a side salad with ranch no tomatoes. Shame on me for not checking my food before I left but I assumed it would be correct so I just grabbed my food and went back to work. When I opened my box my burger had no mayo on it but it did have the tomatoes that I said not to put on there. There was also no French fries in the box and my salad was 2 bites of lettuce and it also had tomatoes.. The burger was also disappointing because there was absolutely 0 seasoning on it and it tasted like a fast food Burger. And the $3 tea that I ordered was a kid sized tea which I think is absolutely ridiculous to charge that much for an 8 oz drink. I left pleased with a full tummy and happy wallet. I think the only thing this place needs is a good cleaning. The plates and utensils I was given to use were definitely clean. The tabletop seemed clean. The condiment dishes could use some attention, there were crumbs from previous meals. The hostesses/waitresses were great with customer service. They are not a place to go if you are feeling like you're in a hurry and they have a busy crowd, but that wasn't the case on my visit. I ordered the small plate which I asked for scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes came with it. There was butter jelly and syrup available at each table. Had a medium milk, and water. Dessert made its round to each person there as well. It was delicious!

My only issue was with how hard it must be to keep this place clean as my feet were either slick or sticky in multiple areas as I changed seating once, and the other landing spaces where food can fall was noticeable. I would like to visit again, but that would deter me from really...

So I forgot to take q picture of the plate I got. Anyway I got the stuffed avocado with chicken the plate came along with watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapes the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that I don't know where they learned about stuffing avocados. All I got was one half a one and in the shell of the other like literally 3 oz. Scoop of chicken salad I was expecting a whole avocado. And on top of that it was probably the runt avocado like the one that gets picked last for the basketball game at school. I like this place it was a pleasant surprise with all the fruit.
