I’m being extremely nice with the two stars across the board so I order the 7 tender express and the older caucasian lady with bows in her hair is putting my food together and I’ve already paid at this point doesn’t seem to have any teeth having a full blown conversation over my food with the box opened then once my tenders are placed in the box the reposition my tenders with her raw hands no gloves no anything so I honk my horn and no one comes and the manager I assume doesn’t notice because she’s doing drawer counter or pulling the drawer but not only that she’s the one talking to the lady that’s fixing my food it was a experiment for me because no I left and went right next door to get me some other food bc that was entirely too much going on for me to comfortably want to eat that food after all that but this isn’t my first incident I love soft ice so of course I go a different day prior to tonight and order two large cups of ice and I kid you not the man took my money put it in register grabbed a cup and dunked it into the ice from the bottom white area and all I could think is if he could do it so comfortable infront of me knowing his hand touch the ice some way when he dunked hit how many other employees hands are in that same cooler of ice they need to get it...
Read moreI will never return to this location due to the horrible customer service. I came inside because I didn’t want to wait in the line for a bag of ice. When i entered an employee was giving a different customer his food, but never acknowledged my presence. I stood in front of the register and no one acknowledged me after about 5 mins. There was an employee on break in the lobby so i stated “is the lobby open?” and he replied “yes, the lobby is open”. After another 5 mins of waiting, I still wasn’t helped or even spoken to. I turned back to the employee that was on break and asked for the manager’s name. His response was “she’s the lady in the gray shirt behind you ma’am”. Oh, the lady that has clearly heard that a customer is in the lobby, but she didn’t care enough to say “we’ll be with you in a moment” or get an employee to assist me? I asked for the owner’s name & the employee on break informed me of the email listed on the wall. I went back to my car to get my phone and came back inside to get the email address and the employees(including the manager) did NOT acknowledge me. I work in healthcare and I know what kind of effect those things can have. Everyone has days that are just "off" so to speak. However, the so called " customer service" at this particular establishment was absolutely THE WORST service I have ever experienced! The level of rudeness displayed by the older woman that took our order in the drive thru and that I again spoke with when I went inside was 100% unacceptable. Anyone who works with the public and will stand behind the drive thru window, that she has just slammed in someone's face, and not only loud talk but cuss and make racial slurs ABOUT the people sitting right there at the drive thru window should seriously consider seeking out additional training in how to, at the very least, act like you are not the bitter, racist individual being portrayed to the patrons of Chicken E.
