Wanderlust Jewelers — Attraction in Cleveland Heights

I had high hopes for this jeweler.

My fiancee and I met with Heather to have my engagement ring turned into a pendant necklace. We had a nice consultation and dropped off the ring March 1st.

Heather told us she would get sketches to us the following Monday. I waited, waited, and waited to receive sketches, emailing several times.

She finally got back to me with sketches on April 17th. She then said she would weigh our materials and get a price quote the following Monday. Price quote never came. I emailed again, several more times.

I called several more times and spoke with an assistant (who was lovely) who said they would get me pricing info by the end of the day (at this point it was May 9th). I then waited 2 and a half days for pricing information before deciding to just pick up my ring and find another jeweler.

When I picked up my ring, the assistant said they were very backed up and busy, which is understandable, however, it takes very little time to send a quick email or give me a quick call to update me on what's happening. Overall, 3 months wasted chasing Heather down every step of the way.

I would suggest finding another jeweler if you're thinking about doing business...

From the beginning of the design process, Wes and Heather guided us with their expertise while always supporting and respecting our vision of the final result. They translated our rough ideas into sketches with variations, in order to highlight the subtle differences available to us for the final products.

Throughout the whole process, communication was prompt and all timelines were realistic for the excellent custom work Wanderlust produces. Pricing was always transparent and we felt very reasonable for all the work done.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Wanderlust Jewelers — we plan to recommend them to all our newly engaged friends, and we absolutely plan to continue coming back for any repair work and new...

Heather and Wes are absolutely amazing jewelers. For our 10 yr wedding anniversary we decided to upgrade my wedding band. Heather spent over a month providing me sketches, taking my notes and created the exact ring of my dreams. We incorporated some opals as a nod to my late best friend and used the gold and tiny diamonds from my old band to create this beautiful piece. They also gave my engagement ring a much needed facelift and I honestly could not be happier. I went to several other local jewelers and even a larger custom ring company and their prices were ridiculous and they use CAD which limits the design elements drastically - never in a million years would I have received anything even close to this beautiful ring!!! If you are anywhere near the Cleveland area I would strongly recommend this...
