I went to get a bowl with the tortilla inside. I wanted half and half honey chicken and steak. When I ordered the server didn’t put a lot of chicken on it, and I noticed the honey chicken was shredded vs cut like the regular chicken. So after the server put half and half on and it was barely anything on it, I asked for double meat but for the regular chicken for the double since I was getting more for my money with that. Everything was fine until I got to the cashier. I got a kids meal and the bowl. My total was 31.00 which is absolutely CRAZY! I said what did you charge me for, she said all three meats. How can you charge me for all three meats?! I said you’re supposed to charge me for the half and half for the higher price of the bowl with the double chicken, she said NO with an attitude instead of realizing she was wrong, she continued to go back and forth with me while I’m trying to tell her what I got. She wasn’t making any sense and I even did an online order for another chipotle for the exact same thing and I was not charge for each meat type. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and I left out the store with anything. People want to work in customer service but lack the professionalism. Please do better. Know what requires additional cost before trying to prove a point. I should’ve known it was going to be an issue when she didn’t understand my order and kept asking the server to repeat my order. I see why this was my first and last time at this...
Read moreI just walked into the slowest Chipotle imaginable. The line? Only five people, but it took a ridiculous 20 minutes just to reach the front. The workers? They were as slow as a dying sloth, seemingly lazy, and probably under some influence.
The steak? It was white, looking more like a ghost than actual meat. I'm pretty sure it wasn't even real; it resembled some bizarre, inedible substance. What I imagine street cat meat looks like.
And the food area? Disgusting, as if they haven't cleaned since the restaurant opened. There were spilled salsas, guacamole splatters, and more. I didn’t even order sour cream but the entirety of the outside of my bowl was coated in it. Also no napkins or forks.
To top it off, the service was appalling. After finally getting my food, one of these lethargic employees just dropped my receipt on the ground like it was trash. Very unprofessional. Mind you there was probably 10 people in here and aside from the cooks everyone was just hanging out.
In comparison, every other Chipotle location is infinitely superior. This place should be closed or at least come with a warning: "Enter at your own risk…risk...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would. This chipotle is such a hit or miss situation. Today they completely missed. Let’s start with the slow a*s service, you easily waiting 15 minutes before you can order, even if it’s only a couple people in front of you and that’s EVERY time besides the off chance the place is empty when you get there. Second, they were out of both chickens so I had to pay extra for barbacoa, green salsa, chips, and when I asked for extra cheese they told me I couldn’t have it because it was the only cheese on the line. Excuse me, am I not a paying customer? The guac was literally brown so I decided not to get it. They were wrapping bowls in foil because they had no lids. The people on the line had the nastiest attitudes and cussing in front of customers, and to top it all off the food was so bland I spit it out! My meat was in big blocks with hella fat. I’m so irritated I can write a book rn. They need to shut this location...
