The inside of this place was very nice and the outside was too. However, I stopped in to get some water after a 10 mile run. I have done this at other Starbucks as well. I had purchased a flavored tea and an ice water. After I paid I noticed a man that has been sitting outside reading came in with his almost full coffee cup to get it topped off. As I stood there dropping in sweat and dehydrated the man that checked me out at the register went on to serve him his coffee first, which actually shouldn't have taken long. However, he made casual conversation with the man and it took around five minutes or so as I continued to drop seat everywhere. This would have been fine had he even tried to give me a water atleast while my tea and the other gentleman was served. After finishing my drinks I can back for a refill and thought I could just step in like the man has done in the middle of my order and just ask for a cup of water. However, I was ignored when I stepped up to the same man while he finished giving another customer their order as he headed to the registered and refused to acknowledge me and made me wait in line behind two other gentleman to only all him for a refill of ice water. This was clearly preferential treatment to someone he knew during my first order with the man getting coffee. Can't say I felt that my business or hydration was any concern at all. Read moreI have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years everyday and will never go back again. The service and wait times are rapidly deteriorating. Today was my last straw. I along with other customers who have been waiting forever asked for a refund. Worker making coffee screamed “no refund, you have to wait.” The store was at 1/4 of its regular busy time. If the workers could not fulfill orders they should switch the mobile orders off or better yet close the store. I couldn’t believe that this level of service is acceptable at Starbucks. Screaming at customers is out of line. Multiple people just walked out of this mess of a store. Shameful, Starbucks! Do better. You’ll lose customers if you won’t train your staff basic human respect...
Read moreThe brewed coffee is no longer good. I got a medium coffee, got it back to where I'm staying and it was watered down. I took it back and got it replaced with something similar - a tad stronger. I quit Starbucks years ago when they took the cream and sugar away. Thought I'd give it a shot while traveling and the quality has deteriorated beyond belief. No flavor whatsoever, not strong.
