(NOT REALLY A REVIEW) I recieved their number by the Official Samsung Company when I called them about my TV, ONLY asking if it's any Samsung Care available near me. They gave me the number to several places but this was first on the list, so I googled as people should do. From the reviews I read, it seemed like if I called and asked anything besides the store hours, I would of been treated like I was dumb for asking questions (soft assessment) of if it's possible for them to fix it and is it common problem with the newer models of Samsung TV's. I'm ignorant on getting things repaired from outside help because I usually fix things myself, if I can do it. Reading the reviews, it felt like I would of received a response that was sarcastic/unfavorable to me, for asking those questions over the phone (which from reading the reviews is something to never do and i wouldn't of know that if i didn't google). I would of loved to give you guys a chance and support my local business but it seemed like you guys would of been "stand off-ish" by me being (again) new-born ignorant to the process of getting something repaired, driving away new potential customers like myself. Read moreThis guy is the absolute worst person ever. I brought my tv in for repair. He told me it would be done in 2 to 4 weeks. Even though I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time, I let it slide. 5 weeks later, I tried calling because I hadn't heard anything from him. It took me two days to get him on the phone. I asked why it was taking to long. He told me it would be ready when it's ready and me pushing him wasn't going to make it go any faster. He then called me a little prick. I told him to leave the tv alone and not to touch anything. I drove there immediately to pick it up, at which point he refused to give it back to me!!! He then told me to go F myself and that I was criminal trespassing for not leaving his store without my tv. Then, I had to call the police!!!! Seriously. The police! Waited there for them to show up so they could laugh at him and tell him to return it right away. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never, ever, ever, ever go here. This guy can rot in Hell. How he stayed in business for this long is beyond me. There are not enough bad words in the world to describe how disgusting and unprofessional this...
Read moreThis guy is a piece of work. I brought two vintage receivers in and paid two $25 diagnostic fees. I had him go ahead and fix one of them. He credited one $25 deposit to the repair cost. At the time, I was thinking of doing the other receiver. He told me to come back after Easter. I came in two days after Easter and he said he would not credit $25 diagnostic fee saying that over 30 days had passed. So I left angry. If you like persnickety, condescending, and sarcastic repair people this is your place.
Ok, on the one unit he did repair, the work was a little sub par. He did get the indicator lights to work, but they are much brighter than stock. I give him a "C" for work performed and an "F as in fail"...
