It was just really strange. She was just extremely hard to read - one minute she appeared to be very helpful than next minute she appeared to be very frustrated with me. I have a lot of difficulty navigating through the phone and not once did she offer to help me but until it appeared that I was taking too much time for her, she sighed and offered to take the phone for me and do everything - which I declined because it appeared that she was getting frustrated with me and that I was wasting her time, even though I was the only solitary customer in the entire shop the whole time that I was in there. I ended up having to do all of the setup and transfer of data from my old device to my upgraded device and I didn't even want this particular device, she just assumed that I would take it and she claimed that everybody likes this particular phone and has had no problems with it, but then later admitted that they had just gotten the particular model about a month ago and that nobody in her shop including her knew how to operate it, much less that it didn't also include a charging block, which had to pay for separately. She also had just assumed that I also wanted the particular case and screen protector that she automatically picked out and I was so tired from a very long day that I just didn't want to argue and I let her go ahead and ring everything up. And there are several things that I'm kind of disappointed in the phone (after I had asked her, she then reluctantly showed me 2 other devices, and when I asked her if she knew anything about the devices just told me no and that the device that she picked out was the better one) but since I bought it I guess I'm pretty much stuck with it for now. Also on the website it said that I could make payment installments on the phone but she charged me full price without even asking me if I wanted to do the payments installments instead so I pretty much spent my whole paycheck on this phone and I don't even really like it but I guess I have to deal with it now. After that confusing experience I think I'm just going to start looking for a different phone provider for the next time that I have to...

Why list 8pm week days and 5pm Sundays as your closing time? And why put cellphone cases on sidewalk in bags and trash can that are unopened instead of in dumpster behind building. If the trash can is full workers are rude wanted to switch carrier and I was not able to because they were going to take a break soon and and come back at 4:40 but I came back and they were closed I would not suggest this company to anybody their employees are rude their website lies...

He changed her grandfather plan, which took away her hotspot, added another line for her tablet and then couldn't get the tablet ported to their system, and told her he could not give her a refund and that she would have to wait until next month to cancel the line.
