Heather B. Moore — Attraction in Cleveland

Hi, I wanted to share my last experience with Heather B. Moore. In the past I have purchased two charms for my wife. One for the birth of our son and the other for the birth of our daughter. This year has been a tough one for many people. Personally, we lost a child in miscarriage. As difficult as that was we found comfort, in a strange way, quarantining together as a family. We understood profoundly how fortunate we are and the beauty of life in all it's challenges. With that being said, I wanted to memorialize the loss of this little baby. I chose a circular charm with a stamped heart and the date the baby was to be born. I gave this charm to my wife on her birthday. She thought it was incredibly thoughtful and she was deeply moved. We will always remember this time and this child and now we have a beautiful charm in memorandum. The purpose of this review was, one, to have a therapy session, thank you, but more importantly to acknowledge Melissa Varisco, account manager at Heather B. Moore. Melissa was kind, empathetic and extremely helpful in choosing an appropriate and meaningful charm. She also made it happen on short notice. Absolutely first class organization. My wife's growing HBM necklace had about $50K worth of charms on it, and growing dating back to about 12 years ago when we started it. We had to ship one of the pieces to them recently due to the clasp breaking off. Someone that works for USPS saw the name on the package, broke into it, stole the piece, and put toothpaste in the package to make it seem like nothing was missing.

My wife was heartbroken. USPS didn't care - told my wife to go through this long process of insurance. Since my wife had been battling breast cancer, even the small things like these are 10x more impactful when they happen.

HBM stepped up to the plate and without even being prodded to do the right thing, they did the right thing and mailed my wife a replacement. My wife was brought to tears by the kindness of HBM. While we were already customers for life, when companies actually DO THE RIGHT THING when things this happen, in 2024 it's just so rare. HBM saw this as a long-term play by helping her, and I assure you our spend with them will be that much higher because of their kindness.
